She was friendly, attentive, and kind enough to bring me multiple, relevant shoes to try based on what I was looking for. Her wealth of personal experience was invaluable as we narrowed down the search until arriving at a model that wasn't in stock locally or seemingly anywhere. Instead of ending the search there, she offered to contact other stores with the shoe potentially in stock in hopes of being able to order a size that would work for me. After already having gone above and beyond, she also offered to order in another size that may work based on her experience with the model and my experience trying on other pairs of the same brand in the store. As if I hadn't already received five star service, she provided some very helpful tips on my running form and on local races that matched my running preferences and goals. All in all an absolutely fantastic experience today! I'm very grateful to have been helped by someone so knowledgeable and with a desire to assist me in more than just finding a pair of shoes.

I've been giving my business to the Running Room for many years and am really disappointed with what happened here. I walked in to try on and possibly buy a new pair of anti-pronation runners. As soon as I told one of the workers here what I was looking for, she began to act in an antagonistic way about how I was wrong about what shoes I thought I needed. I've been going to the Running Room for 10 years so I already knew what shoes I needed. Instead of being helpful, I was being instructed on why I was wrong even before she gave me a chance to try anything on. This worker took me immediately to the sale section making a comment about 'this being in my budget.' I felt this was out of line seeing as how I never told her how much I was able to spend. This worker was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. I walked out 2 minutes later. I've never had any issues with the Running Room before and have always trusted the expertise and professionalism of the workers. The approach this worker took was totally wrong from a customer service standpoint. It costs $0.00 to be a nice person. I will continue to give my business to the Running Room in the future, but probably at a different location in the city.

The staff are knowledgeable and provide great direction to ensure you find the best fitting shoes for your needs. I felt it’s time I did a review to acknowledge their great service. Yesterday my sales person was 8544 per the receipt. Thanks employee 8544 for taking the time to help me find the perfect runner!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and provided me some additional shoes not on my list to try on. Each time she asked for my feedback on the shoes. She was very aware of potential problems and was not surprised when I provided feedback as to why a certain shoe did not feel comfortable. In the end I bought a pair of Hoka Bondi 7. I will definitively be returning. Thank you for the positive shopping experience.
