★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely agree with @Lei T's review. This older female staff, I believe to the same person theyre talking about, has a real attitude problem.... I ask for size 3.5 for a nike shoe or something (because I usually wear adidas) and she replied with an unpleasant tone that there was no such thing as 3.5 in the store. Ok no problem. For the next shoe I accidentally asked for 3.5 again, my bad I just forgot and she rolls her eyes and repeats there's no 3.5. Seriously? You have that little patience for a single person you JUST met a moment ago? I came to try to make an exchange but instead did a full refund because I did not want to near her energy anymore.
Sirine at the cash register was amazing tho, she gave the best service you'd imagine for a return transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this store is outstanding. Too bad their manager, Sandi, or whatever role she has, is absolutely miserable. Never once have I been in the store to either purchase or return items, has she been happy. Throwing staplers around on the counter, throwing papers from the customer side of check out to behind the check out... WHILE people are standing there. The rudest and most undesirable interactions I’ve ever had. Absolutely disgusted.
Upsets me that the rest of the staff there has to put up with such a miserable human being.
Best Footlocker staff ever with the worst manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in not wanting to purchase anything, but a North Face jacket had caught my eye. Looking through the rack, there was one in my size but it was dirty with stains on it. I approached an associate and he said he would check the back but unfortunately there was nothing in stock. Disappointed I put it back and Muot had approached me asking if we needed any help. I had explained the situation and he assured he would double check, and voila he disappeared into the back and came back within several minutes to bring a brand new jacket in my size. Muot I cannot appreciate you enough for doing this, my guy needs a solid raise with his excellent customer service and going above and beyond to reach my needs. Footlocker, Muot is the guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t purchased shoes for quite some time and didn’t know what exactly I was looking for. When I entered, I had Adill assist me through my entire process. I told him about my predicament and that I have no knowledge about shoes. The experience was marvellous, Adill is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He guided me through all the different brands and showed me what shoes would be good for me. I was confident in his knowledge so I made him pick what shoe I should get and, having used them I will say that Adill made the right call and I know who I’m going to next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got 10 $ off coupon for my birthday month ..that I am thankful to footlocker for .i decided to use it for buying nice pair of shoes for my daughter as she will be starting school this year.o bought shoes for 58 $ and got discount of 10$ so I paid 48 $ unfortunately I bought wrong size. I went back next day to change it to size 11. Staff told me size 11 will be expensive ($ 75) as this is where preschool size starts and I have to pay the difference. I agreed however they asked to pay difference off $48 as I paid 48$ from my card and didn’t acknowledged $ 10 off. They asked me to pay $ 27 more .I don’t think it’s fair as my $ 10 off got wasted ..what are your views. I don’t think it’s fair .I ended up returning the shoes.what are your views ??
