I went into this store to inquire if they sold Correlle dishes, as I have a toddler so a lightweight, break resistant option would be useful. The lady I spoke to was instantly rude and condescending to me, and told me to go to Walmart if I was looking for low quality options. It doesn't matter how much money I have, I will never spend it at a place where I am treated with such disrespect. I will not be returning.

I do not usually write these but as a father of two and if ANYONE spoke to my family the way your manager (white lady i think her name started with an L) did then i would be beyond angry and never ever come back. What I experienced was a grown adult manager berating, belittling and insulting a family for doing nothing wrong. I'm not sure if this is company policy to do this to families or if you simply do not want our business if this is how a family would be treated.Β  I could understand if something was being abused or damaged etc. but this was in no way the case.Β Β Β  Not all is bad there were two other staff members who honestly did above and beyond to try to fix the situation but your company has a major issue with the one "in charge"

Awful experience at this store. Looking for a variety of little Christmas gifts for family and I was spoken down to by Laurie for asking simple questions, its like they would rather have no customers than have to deal with people. I understand this time of year is hard but would it kill them to be kind and not snotty? Will likely never shop at this store again after being treated so poorly.

I came in today to purchase a few items. I was being helped my this girl who had red hair. I was in the middle of picking out some items from the counter she showed me, when she literally walked away and started laughing with the older lady working. We were very confused. Just standing there. Thankfully the other employee saw this and stepped in to check us out. Thanks to Kassandra for actually paying attention to the customers.

I had a really nice experience in this store a couple of weeks ago. I was in looking for good quality budget friendly wine glasses for a housewarming gift. A lady (I believe her name was Sam) was extremely helpful and showed me some different styles. I picked out a set and the couple loved them. Thank you to her for great service and advice.

I came in today(3pm-4pm) to look for a small charcuterie tray and the lady who helped me is helpful and knows her job. Aside from an outstanding customer service I got, the way she talks and helps customers gave me a feeling of an old-fashioned accommodation. She's warm and really make sure that I got what I wanted. That warmth of talking to the customers would make you feel you wanna come back to the store. Receipt shows a name Shirley. I hope we get more of that kind of personality in every customer service establishments. Thanks to her.

Love this little store. If you poke around ylu will find just what you need. The lady there is wonderful, warm and very helpful like talking to a good friend or neighbor. Lots of suggestions. Will be back for sure.

Worst store in whole mall. Don’t buy from here. Super rude unhelpful lady. Zainab. We brought back two giant boxes to return from an online order. We had two proper receipts. Online order number. Transaction Id number. She had us waiting for over an hour wasting time playing with the system while being rude and ignorant. I then called market mall stokes manager Laurie who helped us out and told her to enter manually because this lady didn’t know what she was doing and kept telling us to email customer service. She wanted us to drag back these giant boxes and then come back after emailing service. Crazy lady. Doesn’t care about customers. I can see why this stores rating is so low and will probably go out of business soon. They’ll have to close this location at the rate things are going and probably open elsewhere with better staff. I hope the company sees the reviews and makes it a point to hire better staff. These people just look miserable working there and could not be bothered to help anyone with anything. They don’t even know how to use their own systems. Pathetic
