★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I ordered a dress online for 40% off. I had it shipped to the store to save on the shipping fees. Went to pick it up today and right from the start the staff seemed annoyed with me. In the email it states to show your order number to pick up the parcel. I did so and they still asked me for ID. I then asked to try the dress on before leaving and ended up exchanging it for the exact same dress just a smaller size, which I have done with other purchases without issue. The employee doing the exchange seemed annoyed as well and tried to do it as a return and new purchase, and tried to charge me the difference on the original price. I told them no that it was a straight exchange for the same item. They didn't make me pay the difference but were obviously not happy with me and when I left they did not wish me a good day or even say goodbye. Staff was visibly annoyed from start to finish of my visit to the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this location! I make sure to stop here every time I'm at Cross Iron. The staff are always friendly and they're so quick to offer you a fitting room when your hands start getting full, they just keep adding and adding and there is no limit on the number of items that you can try on (as far as I know). They also have sizes in the back sometimes, I thought I wouldn't be able to get a few items I really liked but they happily checked in the back for me and they had my size! Great store for ladies of all shapes and sizes!

After having been with my daughter in several other stores and having been ignored, waiting forever or there being no staff this was a nice change. There were several women wanting to help, willing to set up a dressing room for us and find sizes. While she was in the changing room they offered to help with sizes and were very attentive. All the staff was friendly and helping to find deals. Will definitely come back here just for the service and friendliness! A great experience.
