★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me shirt with coffees stains with 10% off and she didn’t mention it, its goes to final sale and i wont be able to return it. When i went there they didnt take it back, its so ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went on Suzy store at crossiron mills mall and the lady named Marisol, she gave me very very poor customer service. I didn’t liked it at all. It was my favourite store all the time but am not going back to this store. Very poor service.

She and my husband worked together to find pieces that would fit me well, and she went above and beyond to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I make a point of driving the extra miles to shop at this Suzy Shier location, even though I have the option to shop at a closer location. The staff at this store go above and beyond in their customer service. I will continue to choose this location because it is the only location that I have shopped in that used the information on my prestige card to address me by name. I began shopping at this location because of the manager, and the customer service I consistently receive every time I visit is due to her leadership. I look forward to shopping at Suzy Shier for years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many Suzy Sheirs throughout the past few years and I’ve never had such a great experience. Marisol was so attentive, kind, and helpful. She made shopping for for a dress for my cousins wedding a breeze. She helped me pick a colour that suited my skin tone and helped me select a style that complimented my figure best. Can’t wait to wear this dress. Thank you so much Marisol!! I will definitely be making the drive out to Cross Iron more often.

I found this gorgeous sequin dress for $80 which was a great price and another cute dress for $60! The two ladies working there were so nice and helpful and we had so much fun in that store! Great product, great staff, great experience! Thank you!
