I bought this wok and fry pan set from cross iron store. The wok started leaking so I took it to the store, they then shipped out for service under the warranty in September 2020. TO DAT I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. Despite my efforts to converse with the warranty department, they never sent me my replacement and it’s 2022!

Whenever I'm looking for great quality pots, pans and knives I always turned to Zwilling. Everything is well engineered and of the highest quality. Prices are excellent and i know I'm getting the best deal.

Really nice store and easy to walk around and explore! As to be expected the prices are pretty high but the quality looks amazing! Just bought a big pot set and I'm so happy with them! The staff are friendly and helpful and provide a good experience. It's worth checking out, especially if you want to splurge on cool kitchen gadgets!

Horrible service yesterday at Cross Iron mall, no one ever greeted us or approached us to see if we needed any help. When my daughter asked the lady a question about a knife, she literately laughed when she answered. My daughter is not a stupid person...she is a teacher!!! When i went to pay with my gift card she was rude saying that I didn't have any money left on it when I haven't even used it yet? This is not the way anyone wants to treated especially with everything going on in this world. I will NEVER walk back in that store again. very disappointed :(

Love the products but customer service isn’t great both online and in store. They didn’t carry the item I wanted. Offered to order it online for me, but I said I needed to think about it. I received a coupon online so it was a no brainer to order online. They do not have a cross compatible return policy online and in store so I must eat the cost of not being able to see the item I was thinking about purchasing. And I cannot easily exchange for the item I want. I spent over $600 to have a ridiculous exchange policy simply because they would have to special order in a regularly stocked item… this is the second time they have been out of stock for items I wished to order. Nice products but the abysmal customer service is enough to turn me off of these expensive products. Updated: tried to pick up an item for a family member. Only item left was display item. Couldn’t even offer a small discount for giving me the one that has fingerprints all over it!! Worst customer service period. It’s sucks I have so many of these items in my kitchen and even my family members love them but I cannot recommend this company to anyone for their customer service.

This isn't a comment on the store but more of the company. We got a knife set for our wedding that were damaged 6 months later through no fault of our own. We sent them in for warranty and they sent us back different knives that don't match our set. We were told our original knives were discontinued and they can only send us the next closest thing. Nobody communicated this with us and just sent us the replacements. Buyer Beware! Apparently bad produce and worse customer service.

Went here to get lids for some Zwilling pans we already own and love. Josh at this location was extremely helpful and friendly, and gave us useful tips on how to optimize our cooking. Have never had an issue with Zwilling products and the service we received at this location was excellent.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you like Zwilling products, you would think shopping at the store with the most selection would be the smart thing to do… well you're wrong! Sales associates will lie about the return policy to make the sale and if you try and return a product they will out right refuse to take it back. This is what happened to us. We bought a $400 pot set and since we weren't sure how it would perform we made sure to ask if we could return it. We were told as long as there is no damage and it is in sellable condition, we could return it. We carefully tried boiling water in one pot and found that the lids do not seal to our satisfaction. We go to return it in original packaging (in the same condition we bought it in as it was a display model) and mentioned our concerns and we were flat out told that used products cannot be returned. The manager couldn't even tell which pot was "used". At first she was very rude and then said she would try to contact customer service to see if she could take it back. I guess I should have just lied and said we didn't use it… that's what you get for being honest! More than a week later and no one has contacted me and in my attempt to contact customer service directly was told that the store has to handle returns. Zwilling does not stand behind their products. If you want to purchase their products, go somewhere else since almost every other major retailer will have a reasonable return policy.
