★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hair cuts and highlights I've had in ages. The stylist who did my hair was a true master and his skill shows.
Last few places I went to felt like they couldn't wait to get me out of the chair fast enough. My hair is super thin and really brassy which needed an upgrade after the corona quarantine. On recommendation of one of the barbers in the same mall I was told to see the guys at Glamour secrets. I popped in and Mike R gave me an honest consult (basically, recommended I cut most of the grown out brass bc it was pretty damaged, get a new fresh color and run a few highlights around my face)
I wasn't planning on doing my hair that day but that changed, and although I was on the fence about taking off some length he assured me that with less length my hair will appear much healthier, fuller and would cut my styling time way down. I felt comfortable enough to take the plunge and he took a good 5 inches off and ran a few foils around my face for texture because I was really short on time...but, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time going over the hair cut, it was actually one of the best cuts I've had bc even if I don't style my hair it still falls very nicely.
Everything turned out better than I expected! He was super gentle and showed me how to style it and it literally takes me about 10 min now. Didn't push me to purchase anything but he did recommend a conditioning treatment. I have gotten several complements about how much better my hair looks since seeing him and I have already booked my follow up color. Price was very reasonable and he now has me a new client! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely ruined my hair, I asked for a Mid fade on the sides and a small trim but the Hair stylist completely ruined my hair I had to go to a different barber shop and get a buzz cut as that was the only solution because my hair looked like a mess because they did not listen to what I wanted. I was given attitude when I complained about the cut and they made it seem like it was my fault. I’d avoid this place and listen to the other horror stories written in the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I went into today and loved our experience. Mike R and Mike S helped us and they were wonderful. I received a conditioning treatment, trim, and style and loved every minute especially the head massage. My mom received a colour and style and was super happy(pics below).They were both very knowledgeable, and even recommended some great aftercare products. Thank you so much, will be back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT FROM HERE i asked for 2 inches off and the hairdresser named sunisa cut 8-10 inches off i even emphasized it to her that i really wanted to keep it long and i specifically said LONG curtain bangs LONG layers and even went as far to say that my LONG hair was my prize and possesion and she kept asking me if i wanted it shorter like hers and i said no and she cut it behind my back so i didnt even notice how short she cut it until the end the people pleaser in me felt bad for her so i paid for the cut and left however when i went home i didnt think it was fair that i paid for a cut i wasn’t satisfied with and i didn’t think it was the fair that the hairdresser cut that much off while knowing what i wanted so i called asked for a refund the manager kept denying the situation by saying no she cut 2 inches off when thas not the reality i even have pictures of my hair before and after and he was very hard to reach also very rude didn’t apologize for my hair being cut much much shorter then what i wanted and i basically had to keep fighting him for my refund most unprofessional salon ive ever dealt with they dont listen to what the customer wants and do as they wish
