Worst location ever. Their manager Nora is the worst and does not address customer concerns. Never going back here. They are always out of stock as well.

The costumer service is absolutely horrible, when I tried looking for someone to help me find a product one didn’t even looked at me and walked even faster telling me she was on β€œher break” another two were gossiping about someone I waited like 5 min and they clearly noticed me and didn’t even bother to help me 10 min after waiting to see someone that would help me a girl finally did, never happened to me in another Sephora’s stores, what a shame

not a very good store at all as the staff was busy chatting with each other and even though I walked past them 3 times they did not ask if I needed assistance. Cashier, very rude.. I would not recommend this location ever!!!

I’ve never worn foundation before but i’ve always been interested in trying it. I usually dont like going in Sephora because I feel like I’ll be judged for my ignorance. I decided to go in today and actually ask for some expertise since I’ve been getting the wrong shades at the drugstores. Rheanne (I don’t know how to spell her name) was so helpful and patient with helping me find the right foundation based on what I want and need. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She even gave me tips on how to apply the foundation. She answered my questions without making me feel judged.

I have visited this location about 10 times so far and had no problem whatsoever. However, this past Saturday, I visited the store to grab 3 items. I was in search of the mini Nars bronzer and I knew it was kept at the front by the paying area so when I had entered, I went straight to that area to look for it. I couldn't find it so I asked this tall lady working there and she didn't greet me or smile. She was walking on by so I asked her and she was like we don't have it. I said that's fine so I went on to look for another bronzer. After about 15 mins in the store, I noticed she was watching me from a far. I had my 2 year old with me in her stroller. So I just ignored the fact that she was watching me and just proceeded to browse. After 5 mins, she offered me a basket very sternly. I refused the basket and I could tell she didn't like that. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a store in my life. At that point, I was about to pay anyways and so I headed to the till. I also noticed there was a security guard at the front in the store. There wasn't one when I walked in. I have never felt so intimidated. I have been a Rouge for over 10 years. I was almost going to complain when I was paying but I let it go. However, it's still bothering me of how I was treated. A little advice to you guys: don't suspect someone will steal when they're not even being or acting suspicious. I've been in retail myself for over 15 years. When you offer someone a basket in a stern manner with no smile and not being genuine, it means you think their stealing. Never shopping at this location again!

Terrible experience at this location. I have been Sephora insider VIP customer for years and never an issue till recently. A manager this at this location was rude and disrespectful, she was a brown lady. She refused to help us and return our item, she did not follow their policy rules. I didn't even want my money back I just wanted to swap. She told me to go to another location and because she was sticking to her decision. Sephora is a big company and should hire the right management and employee. Absolutely terrible!

Needed at least $150 worth of my regular face regime. I have a 3.5 year old in a empty cart (only way I can shop with him). Refused me entry with my empty cart. Awesome sephora. Family friendly I see

I was not at all happy with the experience I had today at Sephora at Cross Iron mall. I have been buying my makeup at this store for years and found the workers very friendly and helpful. Today I was looking for a few items and nobody seemed to want to help and when I asked one of the employees where something was they seemed annoyed. Not to mention I was followed the entire time by the security guard and felt very uncomfortable. I have never felt more out of place in a store before. Will just order online from now on because the in store experience has gone way down hill.
