March 26, I bought 2 belts and 1 woman blazer at Hugo Boss Store at CrossIron Mills in Calgary. The blazer was not fit for me. However, the sales (her name is Zulma) told me that she can refer me to a tailor to fix it. The cost would be less than $20. March 28, I went to the tailor shop. However, the tailor told me she cannot fix it and it's not worth to fix it. So I went back to store to return the blazer. However, Zulma said she can only exchange or refund to gift card. I was shocked because no one told me it's final sale when I purchased the blazer. Zulma also said it's my fault not reading the disclosure on the receipt. I was upset but no choice. Zulma and assistant store manager Mathew? told me I can use the gift card online and store at Chinook mall. I tried to buy some clothes online but the card didn't work. My husband went to the store the other day and has been told can not use online. Then I went to the store at Chinook but HUGO Boss at Chinook doesn't sell woman clothing!!! I went to back to store and want to talk to store manager. The store manager was not there. Zulma said to me that I can use the gift card around the country. Is that a joke??? Terrible experience! Extremely disappointed.

Visited this location and spent a pretty penny. A habit I indulge, a few times a year. My wardrobe is end to end Hugo boss. From sneakers, socks, underware, sweat suits, tshirts and classy casuals, to suits, dress shirts & pants, jackets, ties, squares, jewelery and more After my recent spree, I returned home and thought about a couple, extensively expensive pieces I left on the shelf. So I returned a couple days later to get them. Spending so much my previous visit, i received  extra discounts. I approached  the same sales lady I had before, and told her I was was back to get the items I left behind. I asked, for the same discounts since I was there 2 days prior. In short I was told no. I want to take a minute emphasize, that the sales lady was not rude. but was very far from friendly. Not the kind of service you would like to receive when purchasing designer clothing, or anything for that matter. I feel, if you're a patron somewhere you should be treated with respect. Eventually she told me she would give me a "special deal" but at check out, I only received the marked discount. I simply paid and left with a, disappointed taste in my mouth. I was more disappointed at home when I realized I mistakenly purchased a size too small pant, for myself. Unfortunately it took me a few days to realize my mistake and I had discarded  all the tags. When I did realize I called the store and said, "I purchased the wrong size, of pants and threw away the tags". I asked if that would be a problem. I don't live remotely close to this location. I was told by the staff member, as long as the pants were in good condition, (they were mint!) I would have no problem exchanging them. He also told me he had 2 pairs of the correct size in stock and it wouldnt be necessary holding them untill the following day. The next day when I arrived I approached my same sales lady. Found out she was the superviser. I Explained I wanted to exchange sizes. At first she said ok, not with-out a sour expression. But than I was told they dont have the size I phoned about as-well, without tags they would not exchange them. I started to explain that an employee the night before said it was OK, and that I drove across the entire city to get there. She did not care. Than I began to explain, how proud I am to have a closet full of their product, and how I always visit there stores. Not just their outlets, but their flag stores as well. And not just Calgary, but Edmonton, Toronto, Mexico, Hong Kong. I seak them out when I travel. I seak their product when I enter designer department stores. I stated I was a loyal and long spending customer. She did not care. In fact, She felt rude. It felt like I was being looked down upon, and being talked down to. It was insulting, and almost hurtful, that a  company you have been loyal to for over a decade, blaitinly does not care about you. And if i am being honest, it's not the first time I caught this vibe at this location. I'll mention, I've never received the disrespect at other locations, and I understand that a company has policies. But I feel, for customer satisfaction, rules can be bent. Especially when they had wasted my time and a substantial amount of money was spent. Maybe, the problem is, what I consider substantial, (some people's monthly rent) is peanuts to them. I informed the sales lady, I will never be back to her store. As well, I am now done with Hugo boss. I will not visit there flag stores, seak them out while traveling or purchase their product from other stores. She did not care. But I meant what I said. I am forever done with this brand over crappy sales policies, and worse customer service And I would definitely not recommend this location. Extremely disappointing

Most ridiculous sales person I have met. We all know there is a shortage, but doesn’t mean you start saying you have a 12 months lead. Plus saying me my size is wrong was hilarious. Put my mood off for further shopping by this guy. Don’t ever go.

Very disrespectful. My Friend and I came into the store in attempts to Christmas shop for our families. When we walked in we were not greeted or acknowledged. After finding my way to the polo shirts he finally acknowledged us and said in a degrading tone “guys those are $75 EACH”. He made us out to feel as if we could not afford the item. As a customer I expect better service. My experiences at Hugo Boss (Chinook location) have always been great, and so i was extremely disappointed in my treatment at CrossIron. Someone else who was wonderful ended up taking over and helped me and my friend, he was very helpful and kind. What made this experience even worse, is when I went ahead to the cashier to make my purchase, the rude employee went up the the friendly one making the sale, and stated, “by the way, this is my sale.” and took over. We were so put off. He was so unprofessional. The Cashier number on my receipt is 14170 although like stated he took over the sale at cash. We overheard some associates call him Nick I assume that’s his name.

I was in on the weekend with my husband. I was with a sales lady, she was funny, great and made our first 25 mins enjoyable. I felt Manager on duty was rude and I over heard in the change room area, telling my sales lady, that we were her appointment, and we are her customers. but in fact we are not, she work with us before during Christmas last year and I did not enjoy her service. she is not attentive and kept going back and forth between other customers leaving us waiting for size for at least 20 minutes. I know next time I see this manager, I will give her a piece of my mind.
