The associate in the fitting room Was rude and lazy! I asked her to check if they have the blouse I wanted online in my size since they only had one size left in store and she came back saying they don’t have it online, not sure if other stores have it, and that I can try to look for it myself online. Once I got home I checked online and it shows that they have it available in all sizes. She lied it’s like she was too lazy to even check. I could of ordered it at the store since they didn’t have my size in store and I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping online.

Went to go checkout and 2 of the ladies looked at me and continued on talking to one another. When I was finally being rung through they told me that there was a problem and I still owed x ammount. I explained that the gift card was brand new, the first time they tried to ring it through it didn’t show properly and they essentially tried to charge me twice- saying there was only x amount left on the card (my total was already taken from the card). Was already waiting for 30 minutes in the store while the ladies were on the phone with customer service. They didn’t handle the situation well, other customers were not only glaring at myself but putting their items down, saying f it and leaving the store. I’ve worked in retail and I understand that things happen but it should’ve been handled more professionally.

I went into Dynamite and Sarah greeted me at the door. She was really nice and bubbly. Jennifer, the store manager, was very kind! She brought me sizes in the fitting rooms and even gave me her opinion on which one suited me. I could hear Jennifer helping other customers similarly, so she was really on top of it! Unfortunately, the shirt I wanted to buy had runs and stains in it, but the Dynamite employees were so accommodating and did their best to help me out by steaming the stains and pulling threads. I believe only two of them were working, and even when it got busy, Sarah and Jennifer were able to give me assistance, which I noticed and appreciated! Ultimately I decided to buy the shirt online, but they let me order it on their store tablet so I could get free shipping. Overall, they were super nice and understanding. I had a great experience with them. Definitely recommend visiting this location!

I went in at 10am Dec 21st and got greeted right away I wish I caught the girls name. She asked me if I was looking for something particular i told her body suites she went around and grabbed me a variety in my size from both the sale section and regular section. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. I also had my wild 2 year old with me she took the time to know his name. I will be back again!

Kim was absolutely AMAZING. Even though it was super busy, she helped me find about $500 worth of outfits that all worked out great! she left by the time I was finished but couldn’t thank her enough, she is such a sweetheart, so beautiful and knows her textures, and how to style things perfectly!! Thank you Kim!!?

I put a dress on hold until closing and I came when I was supposed to and they sold it without contacting me. They didn't apologize or tell me why they did it either. They literally just told me I can look for another dress??? I was really looking forward to purchasing it and it was actually really disappointing. There was this other time I was looking around and quickly left the store to run an errand. As soon as I let the sales representative "helping" me know I'd be back, they completely lost interest in me as a customer and turned away. When I came back they avoided eye-contact with me and pretended like they weren't just helping me 10 minutes ago. I'm just really upset with how I was treated as a customer, especially since I like some of the stuff there. I'd rather shop there without help from the sales people because I really don't trust that they care about the customer. As someone who used to work a sales position like this one, I can tell they're acting like that because they are hungry to meet their sales targets... really disappointing.
