★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a store inside CrossIron Mills, Calgary, Canada. they sell winter insulators. They sell quality winter jackets, head warmers, hand gloves, boots, socks for all age grades etc. You can pick your desired item there, they collect cash and card payments.

I wanted to buy a headband it said price was 12.99. There was also a sale price tag on it for 19.99 & a buy 1 item get second item half off. The gentleman working was hustling me to buy something of less value to get the headband half off. But when I declined he was present at the cash when I purchased the headband and he told his employee to charge me 12.99. So confused about pricing and didn’t enjoy the customer experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount outdoor product good for the weekend warrior or casual user but not for sustained outdoor use. Have tried numerous jackets and other clothing pieces but they do not stand up to prolonged wear and tear. Staff in this location are not very knowledgeable and struggle to keep up in a conversation about hiking, camping, fast packing or any other outdoor activity. I will edit this review if things get better in any future visits...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothing is quite nice quality for the price (especially when on sale) compared to other name brands (ie. Columbia, The North Face, etc). The store is also neatly organized, spaced out and a nice place to shop in. Staff were also friendly. Overall, a great shopping experience with no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad employee education, and the company doesn't take the responsibility for that either.
I was there yesterday and took the products to the cashier, the employee told me if I came back tomorrow, the products will be 50% off. But the product what I was going to buy is already a red tag on it. And the price is already 50% from the regular price.
So I has also reconfirm with him, will I get another 50% off from the red tag? He told me "yes", so I went home that day, and got up early to buy the product in case it will be sold out.
When I got there today, the cashier told me the price is as the same as exactly what I got yesterday. They said the 50% off is from the regular price, not from the red tag. (That's what I thought yesterday, but the cashier who mislead me yesterday.)
And there is no compensations for these misleading and the cashier also said that's what it is, I can choose to buy or not to buy. They don't take the responsibility for those false information they provided yesterday.
All of these are wasting my time, gas and stamina and without any compensations due to their faults.
The company is teaching you a rule, "Don't trust their employees and what they said."
