★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not praise the girls that work here enough. Faith and Ashley both had helped me a few times and have been warm and genuine every time I have come in. They’re transparent with you about any questions you have and literal sweethearts! I was hesitant to come in at first but know that I’m in good hands whenever I shop there. If you want to make the switch to a more sustainable approach to your wardrobe, while being confident in what you’re purchasing then this is a great environment to come to! The ladies working there will help you with deciding if certain pieces are a good investment for you and your style and will go out of their way to make your shopping process as comfortable and easy as possible. Could not thank-you enough for all your help ladies. It is very appreciated!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to numerous Aritzia stores and this one offers the lowest customer experience by far. Staff do not greet customers, only when they are holding something expensive, they stick to you like glue once you do. it’s hilarious. Checkout was horrible, the music is way too loud and the girl expected me to hear her soft voice over the music and through the glass barrier. I asked for a gift receipt and I never got one, you have one job. Honestly take your money and time elsewhere, I would rather go to the one at chinook regardless of the drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in here for around 15 minutes and the sales associates are just straight up rude and have an attitude for no reason. There was a nice girl with super long ombre hair that was kind however the rest just seemed like zombies cleaning up their store shooting dirty looks at their customers. I walked past an associate a little too close without bumping her and she got salty so I literally walked right out. Shop online and save the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last 2 times I’ve gone to this location I have not been acknowledged by even ONE employee. I have been prepared to spend a fair amount of money each time but have left because of the awful customer service. It’s fair to say that I will never be coming to this location again because unless you look a certain way don’t expect to be helped by anyone. The clothes are good quality but not worth the horrible experience of stepping into this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience with this one sales associate. I've usually found them to be pretty rude or stuck-up but this one girl was really sweet and took her time to be there for me. She took whatever I was buying to the cashier for me and talked with me along the way. When I came back to return it she was still being super sweet and understanding-unlike a lot of sales people who get bitter afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I don't even bother to go into an Aritzia, as I always feel very uncomfortable. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care at this specific store. I will definitely be going to this location again! Shout out to Ashley who made my shopping experience anxiety free. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store; this is by far the best! Amazing associates – fun and welcoming energy. The first time I visited this location I was immediately approached and was assisted by Kirsten. She made my shopping experience so fun. She is helpful but also gives the space I need. No one in this location makes you feel pressured to buy like other location. I can’t express how grateful I am to Kirsten as goes above and beyond any sales associate does, as there were a few times when I needed to come in ASAP, and she would take time out of her day off to come see me at the store to resolve any issue I had. She always made me feel comfortable and have an amazing fashion style that I am always drawn to. Highly recommend Aritzia Crossiron!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been a very long awaited review, but I needed to come on and say how absolutely INCREDIBLE the staff were here!!! My best friend and I came from BC and were looking for something to wear to be Velma and Daphne for Halloween. We had limited time as we were only passing through Calgary for a few hours. Sydra, a wonderful employee, helped us find the perfect thing,. She was so kind and she took so much time to help us get the best classic outfits and she thought about everything! down to the matching socks and masks! We love you!! thank you <3
