The manager Jordan Griffig from the CrossIron store is super rude, I have never seen a manager like this. We told him that one of his sales person gave us a wrong size and he straight up say throw it out because he is not going to take it back. I paid 140 and he literally told me to throw it out twice. He is super unprofessional, Rude, has no manners and no management skills what’s so ever. I am guessing he has a bad morning or something and he took it on us. Even if we are wrong he need to explain it to us instead of being super rude. And when I told him he is being rude he said thank you. He acted like he doesn’t care. Just last week we bought two suits and shirts from the same place and the lady manager that was there was super nice. So I don’t understand who trained this Jordan guy because he doesn’t deserve to work their let alone be a manager. The way he was answering our question sounds like He 100% doesn’t care about the customers or the business. Maybe he doesn’t like working there and this is his way of showing it. I am disappointed with his service.

Planning for a wedding isn't easy. There are a lot of decisions to make and it can be frustratingly time consuming. I went to the store and Marielle was super patient with me. She patiently listened to my concerns about finding suits for myself and the guys in my wedding party. She was very knowledgeable and gave very helpful advice. Thank you Marielle for spending the two different days getting us all fitted into the right suits and helping all of us out! The manager of the store was also very helpful and friendly. She made sure to give us the best deal possible with the wedding shirts and was able to fit my last groomsman into the right suit on a third visit to the store. We were always given the right amount of attention on all of our visits here. What a great staff this location has! Highly recommended!

You need to create a hassle free return process, rather than creating embarrassing situations for the customer. The cashier missed the item code present on my receipt and told me to go home and find another receipt. I confronted her and showed her the numbers that match on the receipt and the item. When confronted, the cashier started saying that there is a system error and the return cannot be processed. This issue did not come up with my first return. I have been sent away to come back another day to process the return.

I was at this location shopping on Halloween (Sunday), I found a jacket that I liked and tried it on and decided I wanted to purchase it, so I put the jacket down for one second so I could my coat back on and as I did this one of the employees grabbed the jacket I was going to purchase and walked away with it. When I asked the other girl working why she took it, she could barely contain her laughter as she told me her co worker took it to purchase it, and it was the last jacket in my size, so needless to say, I did not end up getting the jacket because of the employees working there. Very unprofessional and rude if you ask me.

I was here today to make a purchase for a formal event, specifically a nice fitting suit. I want to say I was in the store for a while looking for a nice suit, and to be honest I was having trouble finding the right one for me. Hamaina, an employee working there insisted to assist me in which all my doubts were relieved. Hamaina’s phenomenal customer service made my time there worth it, and helped clear any confusions. Hamaina enthusiastically and kindly assisted me, answering any question I had with ease. Truly an amazing experience thanks to Hamaina’s outstanding customer service skills.

Tried to exchange a damaged shirt which I was given as a gift. I had the gift receipt and the price tag. However the so called manager at Cross Iron Mills Calgary refused to do the exchange simply because the price tag WAS NOT ATTACHED to the shirt! Nice cop out.
