β β β β β This comment is for the owner: We were just turned away from your store because of your 2 person capacity rule. I was there with my parents looking to make a purchase on a pair of shoes (3 of us). Your store is quite large so the 2 person capacity doesn't make sense. All other stores with the same size have atleast a 5 to 10 person capacity. Your store was empty with 2 employees sitting behind the counter having a nice chat. We happily took our business elsewhere.

β β β β β Oct 15th, I purchased two pairs of shoes at Johnston&Murphy Crossiron Mills location. One pair was not available in the store but available online so I paid at store and they said will ship to me in BC. However, the next day I got a phone call from the store said the shoes were no longer available. They will mail me a check! I said I was traveling and won't be home for a while. I also requested I could go to the store and return the money to my credit card which I purchased with. They denied my request and said mailed check is the only option! The check I got on November 5th! Three weeks to get money back and not mention that they charged me BC tax in the store and they send advertising emails everyday!! Horrible shopping experience!

β β β β β Even though we didnβt end up getting anything I canβt recommend this place enough. Super clean and everything was easy to find. Highlight of our visit was Ε emsa for sure. She was incredibly helpful and spend a great deal of time assisting us in finding our very specific request. She made friendly conversation and even helped get our feet sized for shoes. They didnβt end up having what we needed but Ε emsa made several recommendations and wished us luck. She clearly loves her job and works very hard. We are absolutely going to come back purely for that astounding level of service. Thanks Ε emsa!

Great quality shoes. I just bought my second pair (not because the old ones wore out after 3 years, but because I wanted another pair!)
But even better staff. Attentive, helpful and all-round pleasent!
