★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very intense love, hate, love for this store. Most things are still pretty expensive, but when something you absolutely love catches your eye, it ends up being a "pretty good deal anyway". Definitely step foot in this store and don't say I didn't warn you.
P.S. The better deals are in the shoe department! (You're welcome.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just LOVE, and I mean love this location. The staff are always very friendly and more than willing to assist in finding an item or answering most questions.
Of course they were all adhering to the Covid-19 protocols which was comforting and aided in the shopping experience as we navigate these unprecedented times.
Always worth the visit and I very much look forward to my next visit. Customer service personified!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be alot better. When it first opened they had great brands that were high end and hard to find anywhere else. Now, half the store is full of Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld and Dex so your better off just going to winners if that's what you want. They definitely don't get past seasons clothes from Saks as I never see high end brands. Even the shoes are full of sketchers and other cheap brands. I'm assuming because The Bay owns Saks that this is where all the lower end brands are coming from. I don't even bother going anymore and not sure how long they will last going down this path.
