★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store, friendly staff. Lots of awesome stuff, had everything I was looking for and several options of each. Only reason they are receiving 4 and not 5 is I found many of the items I was after or looking at were either miss priced or not prices at all... The backlit mirror I purchased as sticker priced (on the box) for $79.99 but when it was rung in, it was $109. I pointed it out to the staff and they gave me the lower price without argument. Beautiful and awesome store, but a bit unorganized

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat selection of household goods and products, moderately priced. Some of the items are very unique and would be difficult to find elsewhere. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
I love that I can order online and pick up in the store too. I usually find something else to get while I’m there :) but it’s nice to know that at least what I wanted is for sure there with my order! Anything else is a nice bonus!
My favourite thing to buy there is my Scrub Daddy, I simply love them! And I go to Bed Bath & Beyond just for them!!! They are an awesome cleaning sponge!
I got this little basket there too, and put it on the doors in my kitchen where my garbage goes, to hold cleaning products and such, and I put one under my sink too, in the same cupboard area with my garbage/recycling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff, allowed return of item without the receipt (for store credit). Good selection of products and was quite tidy as well. I could easily spend hours here, and am totally obsessed with their brand Bee & Willow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on Sunday with my 80 year old mother to get her a bread machine. Staff on the floor were helpful but that all changed when we got to the cash register. There was one open and a customer was having a problem. Two staff members were seeing to her and after a long wait, without either staff member even acknowledging my elderly mother in line, we put her items down and left. A simple " sorry, we'll be with you in a moment" goes far.
