I bought a purse less than a year ago. A part on the strap was tearing so i brought it back to the store to see what the warranty would cover. I thought it would be a huge hassle and was worried that the warranty would be void for some ridiculous reason. Instead the manager and sales associate were amazing! They no longer carried the same bag so i had to choose a new one (not super happy because i really wanted the original one). The sales associate was so helpful, brought so many different bags and offered so much information to help me decide which bag to exchange. The manager did the exchange so quickly - no questions asked - and apologized that the bag was defective. Ideally, I would’ve loved that my original bag lasted longer but overall i am very happy with my experience.

Had the most amazing customer service at the Crossiron location on Thursday evening. My husband and myself were assisted by Kome S. Not only was she most helpful but fun, thoughtful and honest! We left the store with more than what we intended to buy. This girl definitely knows about great customer care, a true asset to the Kate Spade store/brand! Thanks Kome!!

Customer service report #30120330 ORIGINAL REVIEW DATE APRIL 11, 2021 JUDGEMENTAL MANAGER. I attended Kate Spade this morning at around opening to buy a wallet. I wasn't dressed to the 9s but regardless I am a potential customer if I make it into the store. When I got to the store, to my surprise there was a matching card holder as well. I struggled to find a price tag and asked the closest rep which happened to be the manager, she seemed already irritated at me for asking what the price was. And when I couldn't find the tag and said oh I was looking for the green tag and snapped at me and said "it's not green anymore it's actually pink." Forgive me for not knowing what color tags you have in your store, you work here, you're expected to be knowledgeable on that, it's unnecessary to snap at a customer over it. I then take both wallets and wandered the store for maybe another 20 ish minutes and inspected the wallets and I found some marks on the wallets so I wanted to ask another rep if they had anymore since the manager was SOOO unapproachable to begin with. As the rep was was looking for more, she could not find any so she went to ask the manager. At this point I followed not that far from the rep I overheard her ask the manager if there was anymore. To which the manager replied "what we have on the floor is all we have, except she's not going to buy anything anyway" referring to me who was literally standing close enough to hear the entirety of that interaction. The manager then noticed I was literally standing right there and overheard her backhanded comment and walked away. Another thing I don't quite understand is, you're literally less than an hour into opening, it's your job to be here. You get paid regardless of the sale, can you please do your job and be kind about it? If not, please do not do retail. It does customers and the company a HUGE favor. Cheers. Shout out to Clover for trying to cover for your manager but I heard the whole conversation. I appreciate that you were trying to be professional despite that. UPDATE APRIL 15, 2021 I had contacted Kate Spade for a follow up and the rep let me know it was "resolved". I got an insincere apology and 20% off for my experience when it really should have been I'm sorry my behavior as a store manager or assistant manager was inappropriate. Just like that it was "resolved". The rep later said she would reopen the case. I really hope your brand is not about toxic employees but it definitely does feel that way. It's really unfortunate that toxic individuals are able to work their way up Kate Spade and now don't need to be held accountable to a higher standard. I'm also very appalled that I opened this case on Sunday and you can't even confirm with me on if coaching etiquette - not talking about customers negatively while they're right there - was delivered to this specific woman. Is it really that difficult? By next week, if all I got was that garbage apology, I'll be returning my purchased items. I'll never purchase anything again from any outlet or flagship store and if a friend takes me to any of your stores I guess I'll have this story to remember by. April 19, 2021 I had returned to the shop to return my items and then manager recognized me as I filed the complaint and she apologized profusely. Of course continued to deflect what my allegations were because if she had admitted that she did say that it could cost her job which is fine. I do appreciate that she was upfront and direct in apologizing to me. However, your reasoning of the misunderstanding was not believable since you said it was because another customer wanted the items in my hand so you acted the way you did. I remember distinctively that there was one more bifold wallet and a lot of the same print card holders left. In any case, I'm sure you have learned your lesson about customer service etiquette. As such, I will up my review from 1 star to 2 stars and hope no future customers will be subject to the same beratement as I had.

Not only are the staff AMAZING but they manage to provide the most amazing customer service. My most recent experience of many, was browsing and trying on shoes. I almost settled for something similar to what I was looking for, but as soon as I showed a clerk what exactly I wanted that I saw online, they managed to track it down in Toronto, have me pay for it in Calgary and have directly shipped to my house in Alberta. I received an email and a UPS tracking email immediately, before I was even out of the store. Love this brand, this location specifically, everything that goes with it (including the service!). Thank you Kate Spade Crossiron.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Happened on late afternoon of 18 April 2021. The lady who appears to be a manager or someone of a higher position was yelling and demanding us to sanitize our hands prior to entering the store even if it was so obvious since every store has hand sanitizer at the entrance. If the customer happens to forget, she could have ask them in a polite and professional manner, but this lady chose to be rude!!!! I hope this location would value paying clients over rude employees! I would consider going to a different location or if I am at Cross Iron Mills, I would be happy shopping at MK or Fossil, where customer service is amazing.

I wasn’t sure of the warranty of Kate spades cases so I emailed customer service and they told me I needed the receipt number I got it but because I bought it from another place they wouldn’t return it . Which I think is ridiculous as it’s there product . But whatever. What I didn’t appreciate is being talked down to, manager was super rude . I do not Recommend there cases 70 dollars for a peice of plastic that tears from the side . Can’t imagine what the rest of there stuff is like . Never again. Also re learn your customer service skills

The line up was pretty long to get into the store... Thanks Covid!. Anyways, once I got in I was able to find the right gift for my wife after searching many other stores in the mall. I had been avoiding this store due to the long line but in hindsight it would have been faster to just go here in the first place. Even with the sales that were happening it still find this store overpriced. I know they claim the item was 70% off but I don't believe for a second that its true.
