In a customer facing environment, you'd think these employees had the common decency to AT LEAST fake being nice.
I suggest you go to another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, friendly customer service from Fareen and Linda. We were looking for cotton, long sleeve t-shirt in a colour or pattern. Hard to find but the ladies did a great job trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. I wanted to buy an accessory that had a sale tag on it but it scanned at full price. So I asked the cashier to honour the price as the tag says so she went and asked her manager and comes back saying they cannot do it and you will have to buy it at full price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy business casuals. I really liked one of the suits however I was having difficuly to find a top to wear underneath it. Jasleen , one of the lovely lady that works there went above and beyond my expectations to select a top that looks best with the business suit. She was positive, helpful and energetic. I left the store with complete satisfacion which would have been hard if Jasleen was not there. Thankyou so much Jasleen :)

When my wife tried to return a jacket that had the quality issue and the supervisor refused the request with disrespectful attitude. She even called the security to force us out. That was the only one time I got disgraced in my whole life of shopping experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dress that was 480, and it has 14 days to exchange. They refused the exchange because of a smell. This is the worst costumer service I have ever had. And their rule of refusing a dress due to food smell is very much not fair and very rude. How is it my fault that my house smells like a food. This place need to grow up and fix their refund rules because if they continue like this they would lose most of their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE...HUGE selection of plus size clothing! Everything from casual to business to formal to sleepwear! And the staff were crazy helpful and really friendly but not pushy or overbearing.
It was my first time shopping here, and I will DEFINITELY be back!
