He was looking to buy several things however the staff working there was completely unhelpful. 2 guys chatting about their personal life, and manager was in a daze behind the till. She also said to the 2 employees to not talk about anything inappropriate. The store wasn’t busy, so I was taken aback that no one was helping us. My husband went to go try on jeans which he picked out himself from the regular (non-sale) rack, and once he got out of the changing room, one of the two employees mentioned a Jean sale, 2 for $80. Totally opposite style than what he was trying on. Then I said “or you can get the ones you’re wearing and another pair as it’s buy one, get one 50% off.” The employee responded with “oh yah, that too” The type of service received in a clothing store is sub par. Definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to me the different styles and materials of their clothing! I would highly recommend this location to anyone buying from Jack & Jones!

We spent quite a length of time in store and the service he continued to provide was exceptional as we were able to pick up a lot of items!!! It’s hard to find good customer service these days and this in store experience we had was just amazing. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with as well!
