★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is easy to miss, if you don't know its there. It is one of the last stores for men that carries high quality luxury apparel for the well dressed men. Sadly it almost goes out of business in 2020, but I am hopeful that the new owners will keep the same quality and luxury that it has always offered. While other luxury brands dress famous entertainment stars, Brooks Brothers has dressed presidents and the elected.

Carmelinda who helped was AMAZING and provided measurements and a number of styling recommendations. Truly some of the best service I've received in a long time and made for a memorable experience overall. Will shop in the future here again.

I assumed BB was closed and as an avid BB wearer, I was delighted to see a storefront at Cross Iron Mills.
I walked in, no familiar greeting, no BB service brand at all. I saw a mannequin on the left side only to realize it was the sales rep staring at her phone. I was completely invisible to her.
I left the store...and the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmelinda was absolutely wonderful. There was no exaggerated flattery, something that annoys me the most about shopping for dress shirts. She was very quick and helpful. The moment my sister and I stepped into the store, she took my measurements and found a number of shirts that would go well with my sport coat. I am extremely happy that the company was able to somewhat survive the pandemic. I do not often shop at Brooks Brothers but this experience has made me want to conduct more business with them in the future.
