I will not spend even one cent in this shop. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Fossil Gen 5 smart watch last year at this location. I happened to be walking by the store when we went shopping just before we left Calgary. I mentioned that it wasn't charging all the time. After testing the watch they said it was the watch wasn't working. Not my charger. They replaced the watch with no problem. I was Very happy with the service. I would go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience, one of the managers was more than helpful. Came in looking to get some help with my father in laws watch, turns out the watch had water damage but was told we could send the watch in for repairs or since it was still within the 2 year warranty we were able to replace the watch for a brand new one at the same value.
Would recommend buying a watch from here as their customer service is superb and they can answer any questions you have.
