We cane all the way from edmonton.the manager seemed to be very rude and said we do not want to change .avoid this store at all cost order ornline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was frustrating to know that this brand that I prefer to buy for so long will give me a very disappointing customer service experience. You already did a supposed to be customer recovery last July 11 and called you to just let you know that I am coming to claim what was agreed and you'll tell me that's out of your policy? You did not train your staff well that caused that luxury watch to damage and yet the trouble will be shouldered by your customer? And the words of a manager towards the customer sounds accusing that I am lying of my story. I did not expect this from movado, the brand that I always look forward to purchase watches. This will be my last transaction from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was the Worst store in Calgary in Service. They were very nice when you paid but gave customers all the empty promises. When we bought 3 watches on Black Friday 2021, they promised to shorten the straps after Christmas because they were busy. We agreed & brought the watch back after Boxing day ,they said it would take 30 Minutes to get it done. We came back after 2 hours & still not done. When we asked the reason why & they said they were not supposed to do it after Jan 2022?What kind of service this store offer ? Up to people to deal with this business but we would not want with them anymore.
