★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into this store yesterday with the intention of buying a man's gold ring. There were 2 customers in the store as I entered. Of the three associates, only one was busy with another customer. Not one person greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, nor acknowledged my presence. There was a man running back and forth between the front and back of the store...I am positive he noticed me standing at the men's ring counter and yet he proceeded to ignore me. The service at this Crossiron location was less than satisfactory. In fact there was one ring in particular that caught my eye and if one person would have took a minute to see me and offer adequate service, they would have made the sale. I will take my business elsewhere! The staff at this location should learn to provide better customer service. You'll never seal the deal with that kind of service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this store was such an amazing experience, customer service skills at this location was great! me and my boyfriend were kindly greeted by Gladys she was very polite and showed me exactly what i was looking for she knows what she is talking about and knew what was best fit for me. As well as the store boss he was very nice, definitely my go to location from now on.

She helped us pick out the perfect 20th anniversary ring set! Thank you so much Deb. Because of you we will be back for our next celebration.

It's always a pleasant experience to visit this location, and they stand behind their products. Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Indian man works there he is in his late 40s or 50s, he is always in a suit, he is so rude and disrespectful. He's very mean and makes fun of his customers and treats them very poorly. Shop at peoples instead they are way nicer and don't treat their customers badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really didnt want to write this but its happened enough to be a real problem. I really like the rings here but on 3 purchases now over several years the stones have fallen out. I spent a lot on a wedding ring for her which she seldom wears as she cannot at work & a diamond was lost. Due to the past problems I bought the warranty so it has to be covered. Prior to purchase I voiced my concern to the manager and had the usual assurances you would expect, but here i have the same problem. Consequently this is the last ring I will buy from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not even give one star. I bought 2 silver chains from Crossiron Mills location. I am still under 1 year warranty. When I purchased the chains - The fake salesmanship said it’s a Life Time Warranty, come back any time, we will repair it if minor. We went back as lock hook was loose & keep opening. They refused to repair. Not suggested place to buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! Amazing experience. I had a lot of issues with a ring I've have for 2 years now. Diamonds kept falling out and becoming loose (it happens with the style of ring I chose) Matt the manager gave me the choice to either get it repaired or swap out for a new ring. The whole process was so easy, and I chose a ring that's even nicer than the one i used to have! I'm so pleased and happy. It was great customer service everyone there is awesome!
