Customer service is decent. Store layout is nice, easy to navigate in, clean store and we'll organized. Selection varies pending season, but generally if you're looking for polo's, this is a good place for Lacoste polo's at a decent price. Traditional or popular olo colours aren't common, so you'll have to hit up the regular stores.

β β β β β I visit Lacoste store at Cross Iron Mills mall, this morning. Yuanyuan helped me utilizing a seal they have today, which is a buy 1 for 50% off and if I buy two I could get 60%. I thought it would only apply o same items but she explained me that I could buy anything in the store and get this deal. She also suggested me to buy only a pair of sox and get it actually free. I was amazed and being so grateful after received a great customer service. Thank you Yuanyuan for taking care of me.
