★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping with my family and the sign outside said the store capacity was 6 people. One of the employees told us to wait outside in a polite way. But then manager with white hair came and told us to come in if we promised to stay 6 ft apart. I was confused at this, but then I assumed that there was a typo outside. I asked an employee what the store capacity was and she said 6 people. There were 12 people inside at the time. Do not come here, they do not care about safety protocols. The manager had her mask down too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kid quit here, toxic place with poor management. Sounds like corporate is also toxic and worst. Third world operation IN CANADA!!! Parents check out glassdoor or read reviews, would you shop at a kids store where kids are not shown any respect? They are kids, just starting out in the world, urban kids should be ashamed and shut down operations in Canada. don't let your kid work here and don't shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my goodness. I wish there was an option for 100 stars cause that’s what I’d rate the employees here. I came in with a whole bag of exchanges (did a haul only to realize we’d gotten the wrong sizes..... whoops) and the staff here were just phenomenal. Kristen went above and beyond helping me find the correct sizes I needed and if they didn’t have the correct size in stock, she helped me find an alternative. I was the worlds most annoying customer that day, but Kristen helped me out so much and I can’t thank her enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Cross Iron location a week ago and just wanted to share how great my experience was. Kristen took her time with me and showed me different outfits that I could put together. My son looks so great! I find cloths shopping very stressful and she made this a very pleasurable experience by showing me the deals that I could have and saved me money in the process. My new favorite store! Thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a ton of clothes for my daughter (over 300.00 in 2 days). After the first wear of one pair of pjs, the entire collar unraveled. Ok cool, not a problem. Sometimes there is a fault in the item, it happens. Brought it back today to do an exchange and they literally blamed my daughter for unraveling it. I told them not a chance did she rip off the collar, and the one stood there telling me because there is a thread hanging down it means my daughter did it. Obviously if its stitched with thread, and it comes apart, the thread will remain? I kept trying to explain it was not my daughter and just a faulty stitch job, and she proceeded to tell me she has kids and knows what kids do to clothing, and that it was most certainly my daughter. And then felt the need to tell my 7 year old she needed to be better with her clothing. Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that?
Super disappointing as my daughter found her new clothing store, and after today, well let's just say your location can pound sand. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked up to the till to buy something and the manager who was behind the till just walked away to go talk (rather unkindly) to an employee. I waited. Surely she'll come back. Nope. After a minute of her giving the employee orders, I asked for help. Manager kept talking, still ignoring me. Employee awkwardly interrupted manager to apologize to me and to try to get to the till to help me. Manager interrupted the transaction twice more to bark orders past me at the employee helping me. I would encourage this employee to look for a job elsewhere. She was lovely, and with a manager like that, working there will ways be exhausting.
Store is chaotic, barely enough room to move around and items are over priced, but you can find a few cute bargains.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees. I believe her name is Kristin and from the moment I walked into the store she was very attentive and helpful.
I was shopping for a birthday gift for my nephew and was really at a loss as to what to buy for a 13 year old boy as my own son is 21.
She offered me some suggestions and talked to me about my budget and ended up putting an outfit together that I loved.
My nephew got his gift yesterday and was very happy with it.
I will definitely return to this location in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't remember having such an unpleasant experience in any of the stores I shop at. Sales person was abrupt and wasn't willing to look after us because we were paying cash. I am not going to shop at this retail again, there is competition and I would rather go somewhere else where there is positivity, great experience and people happy to help.
