The first experience was a year ago with Tyler the manager, who stood behind thier products proudly and replaced my Rayban sunnies on the spot. This was what braught me back, this time for a simple rivet replacement that was not at easy as it seemed. This time Jazz the assistant manager fixed them and then walked them over and hand delivered them to my father who was working at Basspro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offered a box to store any glasses you tried on so they could clean them before putting them back on the shelf, very clean store.
I was helped by Brittany and she was really friendly and sweet and gave me a great suggestion of which frames to buy. I wouldn't have made my purchase without her help :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if possible. Bad bad bad customer service by the owner and his employee. Warren does not honor his own store's policy's. Go to Chinook Mall for your purchases and any help with returns. Way more friendly and helpful staff.
