★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got 5 jackets from Exmore! 1 for my husband and 1 for my daughter and 3 for me. Absolutely in love with all of them. Great quality of products and amazing team. Super friendly owner of the store- very polite and knowledgeable. What attracts me most of all is that you come to the store and choose the style of the jacket you want out of such a great variety there. Then you choose the colour of the jacket and even personalization can be added! And in a couple weeks the leather jacket of your dreams that fits exactly according to your measurements is right there. So happy with our purchases and definitely will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a leather jacket and a winter coat made of sheep skin. Both were custom made for my measurements, and both fit me wonderfully! Delivery took only about 2 months and now I have a couple of coats that I can wear for many years to come.
The best part? Both pieces transform! The jacket lining and hood can be removed, while the winter coat can be flipped inside out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased this absolute beauty from the Crossirons location in Calgary. The jacket is absolutely superb and the sale price was great (for leather).
This unique blue/grey shearling will be a staple piece of my winter wardrobe. It is rare to find a leather jacket that fits my body so well as they are typically sewn for different body types (I am 5'2", broad/muscular and flat-chested) - this jacket fit perfectly and required no alterations (a miracle).
The staff member (who's name I unfortunately don't remember) was very knowledgeable in the product, accommodating to my needs (packing/shipping), and very pleasant! She even suggested some wonderful travel destinations ;)
I hope this store someday moves to Ottawa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you order a custom jacket make sure you order it for next season. The lady giving us our jacket after waiting for almost 4 months was not apologetic and impolite. They might have good quality product but bad service
Received a call from the owner apologizing and I appreciate his concern around customer satisfaction. He assured that he will personally look into this issue. As per him the delay was caused due to the current situation and freight delays. The quality of product is good no doubt.

I wanted a specific colour and they made sure it was so, which I understand can be hard to achieve for leather products. This goes to show their impeccable customer service. All of their products are of high quality and well crafted. Highly recommend this store!
