★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in here looking for a wallet for my wife. They didn't have the one she wanted but the sales rep was pretty determined to sell me a purse instead. I appreciate that there was lots of staff to help but didn't appreciate them trying to get me to buy things I wasn't there for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service! The lady helping us today at around 12:09 pm at the second till from the left was very condescending! If she is a new employee, she needs to learn how to treat people and what good customer service is! We think she is not happy with her job. Even if she wears a mask, we can see she was smirking and not smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't come here if you wear messy cloth and looks like no money to afford the items, they will ignore you and not given an attention or service at all. even the cashier will give you a awful look at you because of what yo wear, but by the look by the end of my shopping I still ended up buying bag and hat... this will be my last shopping to this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience in a nutshell is the bracelets we bought faded after 3 uses while respecting the instructions of no contact with alcohol, perfume, or even water. The bracelet looks very old and faded now. Of course if you wish to listen to all of those lame excuses you’d find on a customer service training video, try talking to them about it. Managers, supervisors, and staff are totally helpless and would do absolutely nothing to help you. Very good at hiding behind store policies after the fact, but not educating the customer prior to a purchase. Never, ever, again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally had a very negative experience at this location last week. I went in before close to return a purse and wallet i ordered online. I had a clear mask on as I have several different medical issues that make it difficult for me to wear a cloth or medical mask, I also have glasses and I cannot see without the clear mask due to fog. When I first tried to enter a staff member at the front door told me i could not enter with the clear mask. I explained the situation to him and he very kindly let me continue on. Before I even approached the cash a woman I assume is the manager immediately began attacking me that i cannot wear a clear mask. I explained I have medical issues and she demanded to see my exemption. I was taken aback so I told her I did not have it (as I do not feel comfortably sharing my personal information with anyone other then law enforcement) and she proceeded to berate me about the clear mask and that she needs to see my exemption. I explained to her she cannot ask me for that, but she insisted she can. I would like her to be aware that she actually CANNOT ask for the exemption. By law the only people that can ask to see that are LAW ENFORCEMENT agents. Train your managers better to not attack good customers and make them feel uncomfortable. She made me feel humiliated and was completely ignorant to facts. A random citizen cannot ask to see a medical exemption, only a law enforcement agent can (ie: police, bylaw, security etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such great customer service! Put some shoes on hold yesterday and the rep was so nice, really went out of her way to find my sizes and the style. I went and got them today and got great service in person. The beautiful lady in the hijab was also super friendly and nice! She really turned my stressful day into a nice one. Love people like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store today as my son lost the middle section of his wallet. It was his first “big man” wallet when he turned 13. The staff were amazing. In particular Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He told us they didn’t sell the middle “small wallet” insert. But they might have a few extras in the back. Well, he found not one, but three that would work. My son chose one he liked and Chris said it was no charge. WHAT? Stupendous! We will definitely be back after being treated so well. Thanks to all involved at this outlet location. You made a young man extremely happy.
