★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been contemplating PB boots for a while and my hubby finally got me a gift card to push me to go try some. I procrastinated and it is no longer boot season but I left with 2 pairs of shoes and excited to come back in fall for boots. The girls were amazing, giving me so much info, letting me try all kinds of styles and encouraging me to walk around in them all. Their loafers feel like butter on the feet, soo soft!! One of the shoes I bought had to be pre ordered and when I got home that night I realized there was an error and emailed them. They called me the next day and after already refunding me and ready to re process the order. Great seamless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to browse and came out with the Victorian boots. They were so comfortable right out of the box even with the heel. The leather is amazingly soft and they are surprisingly warm. The sales lady, I think he name was Talla?, was amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating. I am sure I will be wearing these boots for years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After asking many friends, I decided on the “The Backpack.” Went into the store, and was greeted immediately. Seeing the other styles in person made me want to compare. The lady that assisted me to me to try everything and anything on. After modelling, she told about why she loves The Backpack. We laughed and compared, and I landed on the same one. Super helpful, lighthearted and real testimonial from the employee about the wear of the product. A couple of months and I’m still loving it!

Unfortunately have to leave a negative review on these shoes after giving them a good try.
The leather is very thin and not full-analine dyed so any rubbing that may occur on the toe or other areas will wear the coloration off quickly. The first pair I bought lasted a month before they looked like complete trash, and I only wore them inside. The second pair I've had for 3 months and there's already a hole in the bottom of the shoe (also worn indoors) I am very disappointed because I was looking for good, leather shoes and these aren't inexpensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store so much. I cannot say enough how comfortable these shoes are. They are the only shoes I have for work (business casual) that I truly have not had to break in and can feel comfy in straight out of the box. I have 3 different pairs from PB and plan on continuing to purchase any dressier shoes I need from them. The sales associates are always extremely helpful and lovely as well! Great quality products, great customer service.

I purchased a pair of the two point five ankle boots on my birthday as a gift from my husband. I went to put them on to walk around the mall and noticed the stitching was coming undone. I brought them back to the store. They didn't have another pair to swap them with. They offered to have a new pair sent via Canada post from Edmonton. I expressed that I was disappointed but would have to accept the offer as there was no other options provided. The sales person was defensive stating they are a small company making small batch footwear. I stated I was disappointed as these were a birthday gift and the sales person said, "I said I'm sorry." I was asked to pay for the boots again because they needed it to count against the Edmonton stock instead of theirs and refunded the boots after the second payment was collected. From my understanding the sales staff have full intentions of reselling those boots to someone else. They were having difficulties with their system and taking payments which made the exchange cumbersome. Overall I would not reccomend this store to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going there and I was surprised to see that they have some great quality leather hand bags that are beautiful but most importantly- light weight! Hard to find a good leather bag that isn’t so heavy! Staff in the store were very friendly. Nice to know it’s a Canadian based company supporting Mexican businesses too! Didn’t try out any of their shoes but from what I can tell they’re products are high quality!
