Roots Reusable Face Mask

This mask is a washable and reusable non- medical mask, meant as an additional measure you can take to protect others around you, without needing to use medical masks that should be reserved for frontline workers. The mask also has a slip pocket that can be fitted with a piece of filter material, including any kind of HEPA filter, which may improve effectiveness. Face masks can become contaminated on the outside, or when touched by your hands. If the mask becomes damp or soiled, wash the mask in a laundry bag, using a hot water wash. Please also wash before first use.

Everyone knows about Roots clothing and Roots gear. A Canadian company, for sure with, the beaver, the flag and a very nice store in Market Mall. Great leather bags, leather cases and some back packs. Knowledgeable staff today and thanks for the information .....

Horrible, waste of my time. Incompetent staff. I went in and returned an item I had purchased online, 2 representatives, one of which seemed to be the manager, assured me it would return to the card. They even said to me I cannot get the funds in store, as they assumed I was trying to do so in cash it seems. I confirmed that the funds will be returned to the card that made the purchase. Today, we received an email that we have a gift card from roots, instead of my money back. We returned the item within 2 days of receiving it in the mail. Unacceptable service, complete waste of my time. Either do your job correctly and refund things back to where you say you will refund them. Otherwise, become informed with correct information as to not mislead customers. I will not be shopping at this location or Roots online anymore because of this experience and it is 100% due to the lack of knowledge from these representatives. You are in retail, there is true value in good customer service. There is nothing wrong with saying, "I am not sure, but let me check that for you". As opposed to providing information you are not 100% sure on.

Great Employees! A lovely lady named Jill/Gill/Juliet (don't. quite remember sorry )helped us, greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. She was so helpful with sizes and didn't seem bothered at all with all our size requests and design switches. She helped me find the perfect set and a set for my younger brother as well. We have been wearing our new sweat sets for about a month now my little brother loves his, and I love mine. Although the sweat pants did get some of those little friction fluffies in-between the thighs which sucks most of the time for the plus size ladies. They haven't ripped yet but the material has thinned in the area but the pants are still cozy as well as the hoodie. Overall customer service 5/5 and clothes 4/5. Did I mention I got a discount with my SPC card? Added Bonus!

When I came to this store looking for pants they had 3 employees working. One was helping another customer, but the other 2 just stared at me and kept talking to each other. On my way out the employee who had been helping someone else came up and asked if I needed help finding anything. Why have 3 employees if only one is going to do their job? The other 2 kept talking the whole time and didn't even acknowledge me at all.
