Just did a return and purchase with Emma. Although she didn’t see the return before the purchase, she was super rude the entire time. She not only was rude to me (after waiting half hour with a crying baby for her to fix her mistake), she was rude to another lady coming in for an interview, and also to her own co workers. She should not be working with the public as she is very unpleasant. It was very obvious that she is also unpleasant in the eyes of her co workers.

Would give negative stars if we could. I went to ask if I could try something on at 7:40 and the guy standing at the fitting rooms looked me up and down and snickered, then the girl said "ya be quick we close at 8" then at the till there was a little girl standing there with her mom and the ladies at the till don't even acknowledge you, they were just asking each other if they were coming to the club and about going for drinks with each other tonight. Never felt more unwelcome in a store. Wow...

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Absolutely pathetic. I ordered pants a few days ago to pick up in store, and when I checked the email confirmation, I realized that they ordered me the wrong colour. I called the store to let them know that I asked for the pants in black, not blue. They proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing they can do over the phone, and that I will have to come to the store in person when they arrive, and return them. I asked if they could order the correct colour to the store so that I could pick them up at the same time as the return, and they said no again. They told me to order the correct colour online to the store.. but I only have two weeks to return the wrong pair of pants. So if the correct pants that I order online myself don’t come within two weeks, I will have to make two trips. All because they ordered the wrong colour. This is the closest Zara to me, but it’s still 25 minutes away. This isn’t my fault so I don’t understand why I have to waste my time and money. Horrible customer service.

My daughter purchased jeans at Zara market mall during Covid. She couldn’t try them on at the time that she went. The jeans are a size too big. She went to exchange them but had misplaced the receipt. They have all the tags on and are in perfect condition but they would not exchange them or do anything for her whatsoever. There was no option to have a receipt emailed. This is the worst return/exchange policy I have experienced in a long time! We will not be shopping at Zara again. They need to update their systems and policy.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I received a dress for Christmas as it was a gift from my husband, he missplaced the receipt. (It has the tags and everything) I went to the store to return it or exchange it because it doesn't fit me!! I waited for the manager for at least 15 minutes. The cashier who helped me was super nice but that was not the case for the store manager, SHE refused to exchange it or give me a gift card without the receipt because is the Company's policy. She definitely does not know how to treat customers. If they couldn't change it because I don't have the receipt and it's company policy I get it!! but there are definitely better ways to communicate it. I hope that Zara takes into account the complaints of its customers.

My wife and I purchased a gift for our young niece. After some deliberation our niece decided it wasn't her style! We had planned to return it but under current covid concerns it was about 45 days later when we were able to visit the store.only to learn that after 30 days it is against their store policy to return goods even with tags intact, clean and receipt!!! The best part is we asked what would our option be and we're told "didn't matter as it wasn't their property" GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE we won't be back!

Zara carries very nicely designed clothes for kids at reasonable prices. This Zara is 2 floors and has a wide selection with plenty fo stock. When a season ends, the clearance and sale prices are decent. We can say a lot of our children's clothes come from this store. While the bottom floor has women's clothing and the line to the cashier is long, its relatively quiet upstairs. They even keep the changing rooms for kids only so there's never a line to try on clothes for kids. Staff are more in the background, but when asked, they do try to help.
