Foot Locker - Calgary

Staff were nice. Perfect balance of being there if you need them but not breathing down your neck, always appreciated. Recently changed locations within the mall and the new spot looks great. Only downside with this location is they don't get all of the releases as some harder to cop pairs only get sent to Chinook, but can't really fault the store for that.

Gave me a pair of mismatching shoes (wrong sizes!) Wasted an hour of my day to correct their mistake! When I came back to get the wrong size, they didn't even sorry or care at all. Would not visit this location again.

Hey I work in the mall for almost 4 years, I get my shoes about 3 years ago, and my shoes get ripped, and Quinn&Simon are awesome, they helped me figure it out and get another shoes. I will give them 10 out of 10 Thanks guys

Good day Foot Locker team, I am emailing you today, as earlier this week I experience exceptional customer service from one of your stores in Calgary, Alberta. I went to the market Mall location I don’t usually email in letting the Company know about good customer service, are usually do quite the opposite… This young gentleman extremely helpful, made me feel welcome at the second I step foot in his store. I unfortunately didn’t buy anything, but I didn’t stop this young boy to still provide me a excellent service and help me answer all of my questions in my needs. I walked out of there with happy that are still the young generation respecting their elders for one, still showing exceptional customer service regardless of how busy the store was and it was quite busy from what I can remember. Yet he made sure that he attended to all of my needs let me try on any issue I asked for without talking back or being hesitant like I’ve experienced at other shoe stores in the mall. I will be coming back to this Foot Locker on Tuesday I am hoping this young gentleman will be in that day as I am planning to buy roughly around 5 to 6 pairs of shoes, only from him and him only. I believe this young boy his name is Austin or Justin something along those lines I’m old I can’t recall. He is tall kind of, blue eyes, and he was wearing a shoe called Yeezy‘s from Adidas ( very nice pair, might I add) Footlocker needs to carry them. Please pass this email onto this young boy, let him know William is coming back to see him this Tuesday, May 25. I will also make sure all of my friends go and see this particular boy we may be old, but this young boy still believes in me I can have style with my old age I’ll make sure all of my friends go see him and buy multiple pair of shoes from such a wonderful respectful young man. Simon was extremely generous and considerate about a disability I have with a foot, the most any shoe store has ever been. It meant a lot and I will continue to shop here for shoes in the future based on this one experience.

I’ve visited Foot Locker before, but the one at St. Vital Mall Winnipeg. Their customer service were the worst! So rude and disrespectful. All employees there. And then I came to this Foot Locker at Market Mall Calgary. It was the first time I came to Foot Locker in this location and my experience there was awesome! Opposite with the one I got from the place I mentioned before. The first guy that greeted us was very nice but because I didn’t have any intention to buy anything I just said I want to look around and he told me to let him know if I need help from him. And then my eyes caught my favourite shoes, Tim’s and it was on sale! But too bad it didn’t have my size. But Cecilia came to the rescue! She said she’ll order my size for me and will send it to my home at no charge! She was so sweet, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. And guess what, 2 days later I received my Tim’s! I though it will take at least 5 days. What a nice surprise. Definitely will come back again to this Foot Locker (at Market Mall or Chinook Mall) !! You guys are awesome! Thank you! PS: they gave me a card with a hand-written note to enjoy my Tim’s. So sweet!
