★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate bathing suit shopping like a lot of women, I went to a bunch of different stores in the mall and all the bathing suits were overpriced and TINY. The girl working (not sure of her name) walked me to a change room and I said 'oh I hope these fit!' Without even pausing she says 'don't worry, they will!' Those kind words helped my confidence so much. I left with 3 tops and a pair of sunglasses for $40, not bad at all! Would definitely reccomend shopping here, what a positive environment :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just awful. Every time I walk in the store the employees treated me and my daughter like trash. We are paying customers. No hello or anything. We went to go take a look in the store this evening and one of the employees rudely greeted us. To the manager at this establishment I highly suggest that you take a look at your employees attitudes!

An actual joke. Also the rude big girl that works here needs a reality check, you work for Ardene not Armani you need to adjust both your attitude and your return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I didn’t understand the discounts the store was giving out, the woman on staff made it clear I was wasting her time. Then, I went to pay and found I was spending too much I asked for the clothes back to rethink/look for something cheaper (because I didn’t have a lot of money I like to make sure I’m spending it towards the right products) she took the clothes away to a counter behind the cash register and said I couldn’t have them back (she made it clear she thought I was going to shoplift, judging me on my appearance). I would never shoplift and was only carrying a small bag, 0/10. This employee was terrible and judging by the other one star reviews clearly about her this is not the first time and obviously is being allowed to do whatever she wants, clearly having some unchecked biases.

The girls here are very polite and understanding, they do as much as they can for their customers. I understand they do not make the policies. Thank you for doing your best and finding some sort of solutions for my problems even if it wasn’t 100% what I wanted.
