Long time Nespresso customer, that all ends today with the horrible customer service from this location. The staff are extremely rude and just push push push things you don't want. Walking in and asking to get your last order of capsules again should not turn into them trying to get you to buy travel mugs.... When I told her I don't need one I just want the coffee I asked for she got all snippy and childish, disgusting customer service!

Love our new milk frother! William made sure to check if my girlfriend and I had promotion on our account and thoroughly explained why the Aerochino 4 made a huge difference compared to the one we have and it made sense, Very pleasant experience and will for sure come back again..

I didn't get a red bag with my last online order to recycle my used pods, went into the store to get one the woman I talked to tried to upsell me on coffee accessories all I wanted was a recycle bag, I ended up getting fed up and walked out without a bag. Guess I'll just trash my pods from now on.

I've been buying from Nespresso for 4 year's, I recently bought a new machine. Unlike my last machine it was externally loud, compared to my other machine. When I went to return It, I had to return the pods as I have a vertio and this one was the original. The manager refused to return or exchange 2 opened pod boxes, I maybe used 4 pods until I decided to return it. I've been a loyal customer for years, knowing Nespresso is more expensive then most. Good to know my business is a only worth two boxes of pods

Market mall is the closest Nespresso boutique to me. I go in because I don’t like to pay for shipping if I don’t have to, and I can purchase it whenever it is convenient for me. I make the trip today and only have cash because I am in the process of getting new cards as my wallet was stolen and find out they DO NOT take cash??.. I’m not sure I have been to any store that does not accept cash! Not sure if this is because of Covid, as this store has been relentless about making sure people are sanitizing their hands before going in, when you DON’t EVEN TOUCH ANYTHING IN THERE- AND they don’t even take cash! Haha. I mention that they should have a sign up somewhere- like at the till - and the lady at the front chimes in saying there is a sign. She was right. It was at knee level on a sign faced vertically as I walked in. How did I miss that?!? I will no longer be buying nespresso which is unfortunate because I do like the coffee, just cannot support such a ridiculous company. I don’t need a response from the owner either telling the public he or she is happy to hear customers are sanitizing before they come into an essentially contactless store?

Swung by to pick up pods since I was in the mall. The interaction started pleasant enough, but then the sales lady told me about a deal going on and when I said no thanks and that I was just looking to grab a couple sleeves of pods her mood completely changed. She started giving only one word answers in almost a whisper. I’m not sure if she makes commission and was upset or maybe is penalized for not selling the deal but it made the rest of the interaction pretty uncomfortable. I quickly picked out two random sleeves and left. Wish I would have been able to ask more detailed questions about the different kinds. Going forward I’ll just stick to ordering online.

Loved our salesperson, she was lovely. She was helpful with pointing out some new flavours we might like to try. We walked out with a large heavy bag full of delicious Nespresso capsules. I also appreciate the lineup outside to limit persons in the store. Once inside, the personalized service was excellent.
