C	Carrie Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A definite return is in order. Small line up but went fast and the staff were friendly, efficient and made their guests feel welcome. I got a beverage and a delicious cookie. As I sat there my mouth was drooling with the assortment of freshly baked goods in the display case plus the menu of meals you can get there. I got a loaf of their Kettle bread, delicious and homemade.

A little pricey for the portions - I was surprised to be missing coffee refills at $20/plate. Traditional eggs benny would have been better with home fries instead of fruit cup. The toast is amazing - I guess bread is what they're known for here: it is in the name, after all. Not a bad meal, nice ambiance for relaxed conversation, but I'd probably give it a miss next time.

We ordered eggs Benedict with soft poached egg what we received as you can see in the photo was a hard poached egg when we mention it to a staff member that the eggs were cooked incorrectly instead of offering to correct the situation by remaking our meals or refunding us, he instead offered a loaf of bread when my friend who it was her Birthday brunch asked if she could have a slice of cake instead for her birthday the gentleman then mentioned that was too expensive an item to replace the meal which I will add is a $19 eggs Benedict for a price point like this you think that the meal would’ve been a higher quality overall extremely disappointed in the service at this establishment and I will not be recommending anyone to go here and I will never return myself.

My only complaint is I don’t like their cinnamon buns anymore, they are too big and bread to cinnamon syrup ratio is a bit off. I also find their puffed wheat squares have a grainy texture that isn’t my preference. However, love absolutely everything else I’ve ever had there.

Had the pulled pork sandwich with a beet and mandarin salad and a hot chocolate (love the sprinkles). And of course I could not walk out without a ? cookie to go. All around Yum.

On a warm day, you can order take out and enjoy it by the river, they’re walking distance. They don’t allow dogs on the patio, wish they did, but I understand.
F	Faith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little bakery, staff were friendly. It was very busy inside, lots of people dining in, as well as in line to order food/drinks. They had a good selection of baked goods. The cake was super cute for Easter. Not the best tasting, I found it to be pretty dry but it did have a good flavour. The homemade oreo sandwich was a very crunchy cookie that my husband had and he seemed to like it. Prices were a bit high, but we were happy to support this local bakery.
