★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the sliced szechuan pork style and was disappointed to find out that my order was comprised of 90% vegetables and 10% meat. If I wanted vegetables, I would have ordered that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, absolutely terrible. Worst service I have EVER experienced in ANY restaurant. One woman runs the front....ONE. Orders, refills, missed orders were constantly interrupted or ignored by her answering the phone or her tending to take out. Flavorless wor wonton soup. No sauce provided for anything. To ask for anything was such an imposition. She literally disappeared for 20 minutes. The restaurant is a joke...just a gong show. Honestly, I'm troubled they are in existence. Used to be good before this new ownership....huge shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the restaurant clearly stated that the food we ordered was gluten free. 3 hours later find my mom sick because of her celiac disease and that’s all because of them showing it was gluten free when it clearly wasn’t. way to ruin christmas! good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is amazing! I’m celiac and they offer some gluten free options- including noodle dishes- and delicious gf lemon chicken. The service was fantastic and the owners are absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been take out patrons of Oriental Palace for 10 years. During the pandemic, their food quality has gone down. In Dec 2021, we placed an order and the food did not seem very fresh. Pieces of the meat looked very old.
We decided to give them another try tonight. One of the dishes we ordered was sweet and sour pork. As soon as we opened the lid it smelled horrible. My husband tested a piece and immediate spit it out saying it tasted rancid. This was the last time we order from Oriental Palace.
