Great shop, phenomenal experience full of very talented artists. Got a portrait done on my chest by Saga Anderson, professional, informative and super chill. This artist isn’t just good he is absolute Magic, I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo, would recommend him hands down for anyone looking for a realism tattoo.

My experience started off well enough. My artist Emily Clare gave me a pretty sweet forearm tattoo. I needed a touch up though, and so we agreed on a date. I live an hour and a half away, so to drive to get a tattoo means I'm taking off a day of work. I make my plans, and then get a message the day before from the artist, and she says she's sick, so we'll have to reschedule. That's unfortunate, but I understand. I don't think I want someone who isn't at the top of their game tattooing me anyways. Her next available timeslot for our touchup is over a month away. A little annoying, but okay, what can I do, right?Luckily, I could get my shift back after the cancellation, so it's not a huge deal. However, the next day, she posts to instagram showcasing a piece she just finished that very day. Essentially, she cancelled my touchup to work on someone else who was paying money. I paid over $2400 for my tattoo, and so I felt a bit lied to and quite disrespected. I messaged her about it, explaining how I felt, and how my experience as a customer was, and she made excuses, spoke of illness, and tried to guilt me in saying that she put my tattoo ahead of others because of an upcoming wedding. I didn't ask her to do that though. I wouldn't want her cancelling someone else for me. Anyways, I thanked her for the tattoo she gave me. I'm proud of it, though it's definitely missing some pieces to it and I guess it's just going to stay that way. I gave her my remaining deposit and told her I was moving on, as I lost trust in her and I don't want to have a business relationship with someone I can't trust. Sure, I could have just sucked it up, but the principle of trust is important to me. Especially if what requires trust is an image that will never go away. Anyway, she never replied to my second email, so I don't really think she cared that much. She made an easy $150. When people ask about my tattoo, I'll tell them where I got it and who tattooed it, but she won't be getting recommendations from me. So while the shop is clean and the atmosphere seems good, my experience is overall negative and to go higher than three stars would be disingenuous.

This review is not about the shop, its about an artist that works there. I hope writing it here will bring this poor business practice into the eyes of the public as well as the shop owner. Erin Belley was going to be my artist but she just canceled my appointment fully because I vocalized concern and frustration over a lack of communication that is regular business practice for all that book appointments, even more so for those who book so far in advance. I was not rude, just stated my feelings. I had gotten my dates mixed up on my first appointment which was totally my fault. Thus lost my deposit which is fair and the rules. No complaints about that. But I didn't receive a phone call or email about it coming up in any way. Nor did I even get any form of reach out when I didn't show. An appointment I book with the doctor the same week does more and they make less then tattoo artists and its free for the customer. In my mind this is very poor practice and shows a lack of care for the client. Paying 150$ an hour should deserve at least a phone call when you don't show up. The following appointment I booked is for this coming Tuesday. 2 days after full lockdown. It was Saturday and I had again not received anything from the shop or her about my upcoming appointment. So I sent a email stating some concern and frustration over the lack of communication. To this I was told that it was posted on social media. I do not use social media and it should not be expected that everyone does. Its not hard to have a email list and send a quick message to all your clients. Takes moments. Today being Sunday I got a final email saying she was shocked that I was frustrated at her customer service due to how happy everyone always is. This is the outlook of a person that sees through accomplishment and ego and not through the eyes of the paying customer. We pay a lot for the services of a artist, we deserve more then silence. She does great work, very talented. But if you ever expect more then just that, like say a phone call before you appointment then see someone else. If you wanna pay a ton of money and get some ink and don't give care about how your treated in these crazy hard times then do it. To boss tattoos I am sorry for the 1 star but you need to be aware of the lack of effort and compassion put in by one of your artist. I am very disappointed but am glad to give someone else my money at this point.

I trusted DANA to do my tattoo, but jt turned out to be nothing like she promised. I could see she was disappointed too after she finished it. I asked for more details as it was shown in the reference photo she sent me, she told me that the tattoo is too tiny (7cm) and it’s hard to do those details. I’m wondering why she agreed to do the tattoo at all then. The color didn’t match at all. And it honestly looks like a bad tattoo you would get.

I had ink by Karli Willms and she was experienced, professional and a fantastic artist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I was tattooed by Yvon. She is incredibly talented and a great tattoo artist. This time I got a new tattoo and 2 fix ups (originals by someone else). Very very happy, can't wait for them to heal!

Finally able to finish my leg tattoo with uv reactive ink. My artist friend was beyond professional as always. Many known artists work out of this location and even though I'm nearly out of space on my body for tattoos I will be returning to add more tattoos to my collection.

I went to see Megan for a half sleeve and she was/is incredible. Made the process easy and was quick to communicate back and forth before hand. I can’t wait to finish my tattoo with her. She makes sure you feel safe and happy and I would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a tattoo.
