★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience at this McDonald's the other day. The lady who took my order was patient and helpful.
I wanted to order the Schezwan McChicken using the app coupon, but it didn't allow it despite the advertising. I asked her and she said it should. She proceeded to try the app on her own phone and when it didn't work either, she manually completed it.
Quite frankly, I have had many experiences where the staff member looks at you with dead eyes and say there's nothing they can do. It's easier for them to do that. Instead, this young lady decided to help me.
The Schezwan McChicken was quite tasty and just a little more spicy than the Habanero McChicken. There's no Asian influence in flavor despite the name. Overall, it was fresh and hot. They deserve credit for making me a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice barely works. The waiting area is crowded. Most of the sodas don't work when we go there. It's pretty dirty in general. The staff seem sooooo miserable, genuinely they seem angry at you almost every time. Whatever management is doing to them, I don't envy them. I don't even feel comfortable coming here and dred when my partner wants nuggets while we're shopping. I feel like I'm supporting an evil regime.
Food takes forever to come out usually too. It's McDonald's so I won't Comment on quality.
