L	Lisa Prince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was lacking in options for stores. Now after covid-19 it has even less. This mall is not a mall, it a professional building. Need a doctor, dentist, physiotherapy, a hair cut. It's the center for you.
G	GameSke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Westbrook mall is a great place for kids, or the whole family! There's a fair amount of stores, including ; Sportcheck, Orange Julius, Payless, and lots of Phone company booths, (also Walmart). There's always a new entertainment centre for kids, too
c	carmen schrottner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasnt a pleasant experience. Shayla the courtesy clerk was smug and rude. My boy received 2 Mario Mansion games for Christmas. We thought it would be easy to exchange. We didnt have a receipt because it was a gift and didnt want to ask our friends for it. Thats embarrassing. Shayla said no we won't do it with out receipt. I asked for manager and she called someone. Then the CSM came and made us wait for 10 mins. He asked when we bought it. I told him it was a gift. He then went to computer and made us wait longer. Finally they gave us a gift card but not without making us feel bad.
K	Kody Kitlarchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a decent small mall, with a good food court no issues. Since the train station came through. It has declined in quality and safety. The amount of homeless and questionable people has increased tenfold in the last few year's, always beggers and bums.
M	Michelle C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one thing I always appreciate here is that it's NEVER BUSY or crowded. It's a calm shopping experience that's enjoyable, alone or with the family. There's not a huge selection of businesses but enough. My one complaint is that some of the businesses/stores cannot be accessed from within the mall, you have to go outside to get to them which is a pain because a few are nowhere near the doors and they're on both sides of the mall. So if I want EB Games I have to go outside on the east side and if I'm going to the chiropractor after I have to go back inside the mall and find another door on the west side to go back out and there's no sidewalk or walkway on the west side either, you have to walk through the parking lot, unless you go out to the sidewalk on 37th Street...? That's my only complaint, I've been coming to this mall since 1987-88 and love It.
J	Joanne Finkbeiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many cute locally owned and operated shops. If you are tired of malls that are 75% big box stores, pop over for a unique shopping experience. The jewelry store has really nice pieces at reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff does amazing repairwork.
