★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicest guy I’ve ever met in Calgary. Not only was I able to get my package but also keys that I wasn’t able to get made correctly at Canadian tire and Home Depot. If you’re looking to have an older model of a key replicated, come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Harvey knows about everything there is to know about printers and cartridges. And he has most in stock so you don't have to wait for them to be refilled, you just swap your empties for fulls. Much cheaper than buying new every time and much better for the environment. Rarely ever have a problem with a refilled cartridge and when I do he always looks after it. Prices are reasonable and you're usually in and out quickly. Don't expect fawning smiling world-class service with a smile. But do expect a great place to exchange printer cartridges and you'll be very pleased

We have dropped off parcels to be delivered several times over the past couple of weeks and truly appreciate the above and beyond great service. I also noticed that they cut keys when I was there, so it saved me a trip to the hardware store : )

When it comes to toners, he always has them ready for you, high quality at a low price point. When it comes to the delivery of your packages, he always has them at hand for you to pick them up quickly. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my ink cartridge refilled, the guy at the front counter told me they'd call to let us know when the job was done the next day. Never got the call, went in 2 days later and asked for the ink cartridge to which they complained and told me the ink was incredibly dry and that they tried to refill it and couldn't so they needed more time. I left without a refill at all.

Harvey was able to accommodate me in returning a parcel with ensuring it was secure and the label was placed correctly. Harvey was informative and thorough, making sure all my questions were answered.
Great experience, will return for needs requarding parcels and key cutting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I often pick up packages at this location. They are very busy - they service purolator, UPS and FedEx all at one place. On the rare occasion there is a line, I can always see them working quickly to help customers. Nice to have a neighbourhood place where they get to know your name (and your kids!)
