★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the nerve to offer (bribe??) $10 off next visit for providing a positive review. Is that their way of trying to get their poor reviews lifted?? I would give zero stars if possible. They could save their money and just pay a competent person to work there, and they would not have to bribe customers to do "false" reviews just to get $10 off. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should be ashamed of themselves for having someone representing this company that doesn't understand the business AND does not have any customer service skills. Find another print shop, there are many around, for the same price level. Or just go to Staples like I did. Unbelievable that a business bribes for reviews. I guess I better not rely on reviews the same way I used to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked in to get a single 11 x 17 poster printed to get signed at the fan expo on the weekend. Cost me 4 bucks, in and out in 5 minutes. Awesome customer service from the lady I dealt with. Will definitely be going back for future needs.
