She made things fun, lots of laughs and hands down amazing when it came to learning everything I needed to know. I will definitely be coming back when I need to get my recertification

I was annoyed at first because of the speed he spoke but once I started to really listen to him, I realized how intelligent he was. It was fascinating to me how incredible his memory was with the course content. He was polite and answered all questions to the best of his ability. The south location in the arena was absolutely horrendous, however. Hockey games going all day and kids and families all yelling on the other side of the glass wall. Made it hard to hear and concentrate. Also I got an email that we were not allowed food in the classroom and there was a food court so I did not bring a lunch. I was then informed shortly before lunch by the instructor that rule only applied to the north location and I should have brought a lunch. Lots of room for improvement in my opinion, but I got the first aid cert I was after so oh well.

Titan was also super flexible about re-scheduling me for course, no hassle at all. Will definitely return for addition courses and give my 200% recommendation! Thanks Titan!

A	Arshia Roshan Sobh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the most fun course I've taken ever! The instructor, Karen, was super knowledgeable, energetic and super supportive. Karen was making everyone in the class laugh which made the class much more enjoyable. I'm not sure if you can choose to have a specific instructor, but if you can, Karen is the instructor to go with.

She is amazing and full of resources. Devon is very good and professional too. So friendly instructors both of them. I must say Heather is so helpful and great . It was always so comfortable to communicate whenever I need to . I had contact with Sarah few times so prompt response and I must say a wonderful team organize those courses for the learners . I am so happy to be the part of this wonderful training centre. Finally again Karen is best. Highly recommended!
