Bread bun seemed like cooked days ago and just reheated several times, ends were all dried out, bad value, staff was nice, seemed she wanted to help more but couldn't give more than 4 tomatoe slices on footlong. Sad - other Subways seems more generous and don't make me ask 3 times for two extra tomatoes

The lady didn’t know how to make a pizza sub forgot the sauce then proceeded to put the pizza sauce on after everything was already on the sub. Then I said I didn’t want the sub for that reason because it was a sloppy mess she still tried to charge me for it. I eat subway atleast 3 times a week at this location no longer will be supporting them absolutely terrible service!
S	Sarah Safari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this review based on our experience with Nadin (hopefully I spelled her name correctly, we were there on Friday 29 September and Saturday 25 September). Based on our recent visits (2 times in a week) I got the impression that she either doesn’t know how to treat customers and how much food she’s supposed to serve or she’s just unhappy with her job and that’s why she’s behaving in that way! She literally threw the cup cap and straw in front of me, the portion that she served was so little and when I asked her to add more she said just if I want double meat with extra pay! At the end we got two vegetable footlong with a little bit of chicken teriyaki instead of two chicken teriyaki with some vegetables! Somehow she also avoid to reply to your “thank you”! Living in the area and having a kid who loves Subway’s chicken teriyaki we’ve visited this location so many times and always had good feelings after our visits however based on our recent visits we’re not going to this subway anymore!

I go to this subway almost every other day because my work is so nearby, I am pregnant and subway is always something I crave lately - I always get the same wrap every time I go to subway and all my subway bad experiences are with her, she makes me so irritated and wanting to order subway from uber eats and pay extra just to get it from another location. She tried putting rotten cucumbers on my wrap to which I had to inform her they looked disgusting so she could replace them. She ALWAYS fails to wrap my wrap properly thus having all the contents falling out - today I told her that she never wraps them right and the contents always fall out so she proceeded to stuff the ends into my wrap and get sauce ALL over the outside of my wrap. She charged me for the guacamole that COMES with the steak, guacamole and cheese wrap - I never normally get charged for the guacamole unless its her. I always have to ask for more lettuce, more cucumbers, more sauce because she doesnt seem to know proper proportions. she punches what I want in, most of the time with the gloves she made my food with (not this time but that is very unsanitary so I felt the need to add it in) and never asks if that's everything so I don't even have the chance to get the orange juice and cookie I would have otherwise asked for. she seems to not want to even be there. she is getting paid to be there, she should want to give out sandwiches that are at the very LEAST presentable.
P	P NGuy93 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused to take my coupon. Even though it was still valid. As a franchise. You are obligated to take coupons, as it stated "Valid at any location". Terrible, rude staff. If you don't enjoy your job, then why continue to work there.

If u ask them to change gloves they get offended by that. If u ask them questions that do not answer. And worst of all the attitude, if they made any mistake they give u the dirtiest looks, like u made them do it. Left the store without buying. Please avoid this place. HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE..HORRIBLE...….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
