★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service and good food. If you have trouble hearing however, I suggest you don't use the drive thru. The speak system at the drive thru is not very clear and it can be hard to understand what the worker is saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally arrived into town and was craving some Dairy Queen. Always loved Dairy Queen but the service at this DQ was the worst I have ever experienced. Complete utter disrespect to a customer. I am sacred and never going to a Dairy Queen again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dairy Queen was one of my favorite frozen treat establishments. While others were horking their mcflurries and chowing on their frosties, I would take pride in enjoying my simple DQ Blizzard.
That's why it hurts me so much to write this review. How can an establishment mess up so badly? How can something I love so quickly turn into something I despise? I visited this restaurant recently to have my regular Oreo Blizzard. Not only did I not receive my Oreo Blizzard, but it seems they overcharged me for a DQ burger as well. Further, the staff were very unhelpful - they refused to take ownership of their mistake and stood firm in putting the blame on me. It is sad, truly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This might be my "Karen" moment but I've never been more upset at a fast food business before. I will never be returning here, and I will be sure to let all friends & family know to boycott this location as well.
Long story short, I had a conversation with the manager letting her know that I was overcharged. The manager handled the situation very poorly and did not offer any apologies or refunds. In fact, continued to suggest it was my fault. Honestly, I'm not upset about the couple of dollars, it's the fact that I was treated terribly as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good... Very courteous.. the young adults who work here really are taught well on good customer service.. and that is actually quite important to me. Having lived in the states for 5 years where there really is "no" customer service - it's a joy to go to this location.
