T	Tasha Pt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious if you give them a deposit and change your mind. Although it looks like a great centre, we were disappointed that it took 3 months and contacting the Better Business Bureau to get our deposit back, even though we were well in advance of the no-refund date.

The staff has been outstanding with our kids and the facility and programs are very well managed. The company adds new perks and features every year, including occasional "date nights" for the parents, where the hours of the daycare are extended into the evening at no extra cost, so you can have all your kids stay there so the parents can go out on a date.

Explained that I needed part time care and use the subsidy and that I prefer the Bow Trail location. Asked for a phone number. Received an email response a few days later asking for a start date and said there was availability. Still no contact information provided. Gave notice to current daycare and didn’t receive a response from Kids and Co. Called the daycare directly. First try, spoke to a woman who was unable to understand my request to speak to the director. Called the next day and was laughed at. The director explained she had no room in her Center, that I should’ve contacted her directly from the start, and said she doesn’t accept families who used the subsidy because they’re unreliable, disappear and she doesn’t get paid. Extremely rude, unprofessional, admitted to internal lack of communication. I was never contacted back by head office and never provided with a phone number. If I could rate negative stars, I would.
