I'm disappointed with BB&B - they shipped part of my order and it's been a months of me calling trying to get the final piece. Customer service is friendly but they are not following through with the timelines they're giving me, so it feels pointless. I WILL NOT be purchasing any items from this establishment again or will I recommend this company.

Great place with so many different types of things to buy for every room of the house. From kitchen supplies, pet supplies, bedroom, living room, bathroom, to everything in between. Also great for finding many different types of great little gifts. Easy to spend lots of time here and the store is pretty big, but it's worth it! Prices are fair, and comparable to many other stores. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

My husband came in to buy a wedge pillow and a razor my husband was looking for. We did not find the staff friendly at all. Very on guard. I asked a nice male worker to get something from the locked case, he didn’t have the key but got the manager. My husband asked her for the razor he wanted from the locked case. She got it out of the case but said he can’t carry it, we’re a couple in our mid 40’s, she said policy is to take it up front. Which they did not do in Canadian tire when he was looking at it the day before. Originally I asked a staff for a discount on the wedge pillow because it was the floor model at $150, she said no offered to find it in another store. I wasn’t interested in driving around to another store. After my husband expressing his concerns at the checkout, someone else came without talking or apologizing to us & did give us a discount. The service I general was just terrible. We tried the wedge pillow on a bed they had as the staff hovered over us, very uncomfortable. I went to Crossiron mills location after & had none of that problem. There staff, besides the cashier & the man finding his manager for us, were stuck up & rude. I’ll drive to Chinook or Crossiron mills over going to this location again, 10 minutes from our house.

Just love this new showroom and location! They seem to be pretty organized for just moving in recently ; great selection and knowledgeable, personal staff. The experience is also very personalized, with greeters, no pressure sales, friendly smiles and management walking around to introduce themselves. Altogether it was a yes for me, I will be back for future purchases (some of the deals were incredible!!) and definitely recommended you go check out the selection.

Ordered a crib online January 9th and it arrived damaged January 18th. Contacted customer service and rec'd email it would be taken care of in 1-3 business days. I emailed 2&3 weeks later as I heard nothing about the replacement part coming. Told they didn't do replacement parts and I needed to ship original crib back and another one would be sent. Assured me there were 300 in stock as rep had checked. Called 4 days later as it had not been picked up. Was told they screwed up the exchange and it was going back as a refund. Fixed the error, now offered to replace the broken rail. Said I wanted a new one and told a replacement would be sent. Instead they did a refund and now say they are out of stock when 4 days ago they said they had 300 in stock. It's now Feb 28th and I have no crib and find out today one isn't coming. I looked online and sure enough I could still order this crib and it doesn't say out of stock. Will never buy from B B & Beyond again. There was a complete lack of communication and I had to follow up on 5 different occasions to find out the status of my crib, including a third & final call to customer service to be told that it wasn't coming at all. Completely unacceptable!

Just left there store because they wouldn't sell us a display knife set ( even though 4 are on order ). You were okay with missing out on a 204.00 sale? Weird....must be why I have worked in retail for 19 years but for a company that's worth 800 billion dollars because at our store we like making money. We would have sold you a display with a discount too. We didn't even want a discount. Tabatha really doesn't want to make money I guess.

Great store and helpful staff, pro tip if you have newborns or are expecting check out the clothes etc at the back of the store it's a pretty cool selection and somewhat different from toys r us or carters

Sue, one of the managers at this store, is the rudest person I've ever encountered. She treats customers like criminals. She questions them before they even approach her. I was in the store earlier today to purchase a product and return a different product I bought yesterday. She treated me like I was trying to steal something and intercepted me before I could reach the customer service desk. She kept on asking what I bought today and why I was returning the same product. I said no, I'm not returning the same thing. She wouldn't give up and kept on asking. It's not even her business what I bought today!!! WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH MY RETURN??? She doesn't see customers as customers. She just sees them as something under her management. It's too bad that everyone else I encountered at the store was super nice.
