I was searching pretty hard for a quality yet cost effective solution for my furnishing needs. I arrived frustrated with the supply chain issues and Kelsey seemed to already know what I was going through. Her answers were clear, succinct and professional. She did ask me when I was going to buy, and I honestly told her I had some quick decisions to make. She didn't respond with more pressure, but appreciation for my honesty.

They’ll say anything to make you place an order and then run “there’s nothing we can do to help” on loop. I ordered a bedroom set in November and was told that I would receive it by the end of December. March is about to pass and I never once received an update from them. I had to call them every two weeks to ask about where my furniture is. They sent me the dresser in December and now have told me that I’ll get the rest of my furniture by April, maybe. I told them to cancel my order and allow me to choose something that’s available in store but they won’t take the dresser back so I guess I should keep the dresser from one set and other pieces from another. Just a terribly run store. And the worst part is: their products aren’t even that good for the price that I paid. The construction is awful. The dresser that I received has drawers that don’t move as smoothly as they should and I had to screw one in because the screws were out when I received it.

Terrible customer service!! As soon as they get your money from you they don't care what happens after that. I purchased at the end of November and was supposed to get my furniture Dec 11, but I had to call customer service over and over to figure out where my furniture was. They had no idea. They delayed the date 4 times until I finally got my furniture 4 days before Christmas. Then I built my furniture and found 2 out of the 3 pieces were damaged. As it was now Christmas I didn't call to report the damage, I did so after the holidays. They told me I only had 48hrs to report cosmetic damage, something no one tells you of course until after the fact. After some push back they gave me the number to report the damage. I went through the reporting process and haven't heard a peep back from them. I guess at this point I will have to harass the reporting service daily until I hear from them. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more money at a place like Laz y boy....good quality furniture and amazing customer service from my previous experience. Review Update: Ashley customer care called me wanting to speak in regards to my google review, they left me a message to give them a call back. I did so thinking they wanted to make things right. Turns out they just wanted to call me to reiterate the fact that they won't do anything for you after 48hrs after receiving your furniture and they were not interested in doing anything to make it right. I was also hung up on twice in this process. I stand by my review

I was shopping for a new mattress this weekend and went to Leon’s, then Ashley. I received great customer service at both locations, but my Ashley salesperson, Vinny, was exceptional. Vinny listened to my needs, didn’t try to upsell me, and was very informative about all the product on his sales floor. In the end, I made a purchase with Ashley because Vinny allowed for some reasonable negotiation space, and was able to offer me a notably better price on the high-end mattress I was seeking. The whole sales team was a pleasure to partner with in my purchase.

Ashley is a good furniture store with good prices. We bought a set of coffee tables and couch and love seat a while ago, which was a very good deal for the price and quality. We have recently purchased some dining room furniture which has not yet arrived due to supply shortages, but we are very much looking forward to having it.

DO NOT buy from this Ashley store, since you have to pay for the merchant’s mistake from your own pocket. I have purchased a three piece bed and a mattress in this store on May 14. I need the bed and mattress ready on May 24, since we have guests coming to my place on that day. I double check with the Manager Harish to express my expectation to get a in stock (quick procession) mattress. He confirmed the mattress will be shipped together with the bed on May 24. Therefore, we chose a mattress he recommended which he promised will be delivered on time. On the scheduled delivery day, they just shipped the bed boards and box, but no mattress. I called the customer service lady, she said the mattress is not in stock. They will reschedule to May 27 to complete to delivery. I asked her to cancel the mattress and requested for a refund. I cannot just let my guest sleep on the spring box, so I borrowed a truck and purchased a mattress from Costco in the afternoon because of Ashley’s mistake. Ashley’s customer service lady told me that I have to pay a 10% restocking fee. We are so disappointed that we have to pay restocking fee for the merchant’s fault. I ended up paying 10% restocking fee, because I just want to return it and stop wasting time deal with back and forth. Avoid this store at all cost!

I went with my wife to shop for a mattress. We were looking at various places and thought about getting it from Ashley's as they might have financing options. We were greeted warmly and showed options as well. We asked how long would delivery take. The salesman asked us if we wanted to make the purchase, the moment we said not right now (because we wanted to wait for the month to end), the salesman just turned and walked away. I literally didn't even get a chance to ask about financing options or tell them when we will be interested. That was literally the rudest customer service I have ever seen in my life. In such a competitive world of furniture options I cannot imagine a company turning away customers like that. I decided to write this review to let others know that if you really liked something, better but it online because the customer service is non existent at this location at least. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and so should others. Half of the 5 star reviews for this place look so fake and generic, I doubt these are even real anyway. I hope you get some new staff to sell your furniture. Your shop looked like a ghostown when we entered. Wish you the very best.
