We are proud to offer direct billing for our patients at Brentwood Village Dental Clinic. With direct billing, you won’t need to file an insurance claim yourself, saving you time and avoiding the hassle. After your treatment, a member of our administrative team will submit an electronic claim to your insurance provider with the total cost of the procedure. The insurer will then pay your dentist directly based on how much your plan covers. If there is a remaining balance, you are responsible to pay out-of-pocket.

For example, if your session costs $300 and your insurance covers $275, you’ll only be required to pay $25 out of pocket. Direct billing helps ease the stress of having to pay for the full dental bill upfront and makes the process smoother. They had no issues with offering me a second opinion and made time for that as well that landed me leaving super happy and relaxed with the oral plan created. The hygienist was wonderful and communicated well with the front ladies and dentists and myself. I never felt rushed or forced into anything while in the chair. Would reccomend absolutley!

From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and dentists, to the hygienists right on back to the ladies who hassle my insurance company to pay for the stuff I need to have done. You can’t ask for better hours, free parking, and a Starbucks practically next door for when your face is all “froze up”! lol ? I’ve had EVERYTHING done here from standard cleanings and fillings to root canals, crowns and mouth guards. They do top-notch work, and are conscious of individual needs — I have pretty severe TMJ so my mouth barely opens. They always provide me with bite blocks and give me breaks when I need them. And….. yesterday while eating dinner my front tooth fell out!!! I was MORTIFIED!!!! But I was able to call them on a Saturday late afternoon, sent them a picture, and got in the very next day!!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about these folks! While Drs. Parajuli and Tan are my regulars and I LOVE ? them, I have had to see others for emergencies (like when front teeth fall out on a weekend!) and I have found everyone to be very nice and more importantly — COMPETENT!!! Brentwood Village Dental Clinic is definitely a worthwhile destination when it comes to mouth health.

Would ask me before any procedure. Did his best to give a nicer look to my teeth. Have another appointment within a couple of weeks.

I was very nervous if I ended up needing a filling with the procedure in general but more so the needle. Dr Kulevski ended being my dentist that day. This was my first time seeing him and was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. I told both him I was nervous and why. He was very reassuring and calm. He allowed me to ask questions and was patient. He also gave very in depth explanations of what he was seeing on my X-ray, while showing the X-ray to me, and explaining my options. Furthermore, while filling the cavity he explained a couple times what he was about to do so I wasn’t nervous. I will definitely be requesting him for future dentist appointments. The dental assistant ( I believe his name was Johnny) was also great. He was calm, polite, and reassuring.

For anything more complicated (fillings, crowns, root canals...), they referred to the city. For 2 years, I had a sore tooth. That's 2 annual checkups and 4 cleanings, no problems found. When it started to ooze, I demanded a second opinion. I had an absess. I was referred. Six months later, when I had not heard from the city referral dentist (their office was closed for the entire summer), I got the tooth pulled out. The dentists at Brentwood Village Dental Clinic have been accommodating of my long drive, quick to complete the work needed, professional and pleasant. I am particularly impressed with the quality control over their estimates, thoroughness and attention to detail. Nobody's perfect, but the staff at Brentwood Village Dental Clinic are pretty darned close!

The staff is super friendly, and the dentists, assistants and hygienists have excellent customer service and technical knowledge. I had an appointment with Joanne and had to take my 8-year-old son with me. Joanne welcomed my son and kept him busy by showing him how dentists work, and allowed him to be her helper. My son loved the experience.
