My boys were enthralled with the Magical Fairy Scavenger Hunt. They dragged me around the whole store to find all of them while I did a reconnaissance tour of the store checking out what I came for plus the amazing selection of beautiful furniture. When I was ready to make my purchase Lease helped me out with friendly and knowledgeable customer service! She got my boys sorted with a movie while we looked at fabric and did the paperwork. Everything about my shopping experience was fun! A family run store understands the importance of a positive family shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We purchased our house in November 2021 but had a really long possession date (Feb 2022) so we started to look for furniture in the mean time and fell in love with the live edge dining table. But we needed to wait till we got into the house to determine sizing. When we went back to pick out our table we were helped by Emily and she was freaking fantastic! She was so helpful and made the experience memorable as it was the first piece of furniture that we had ever bought together as a couple. It looks amazing in our dining room and I love it everyday My only regret is that I didn't get the protection package as my niece and nephew are hooligans and I force them to use placemats all the time "just in case", but not getting it is sadly on me and not the store. Highly recommend both the store and Emily as sales rep! Will go back if/when we need more furniture

We had no prior knowledge about this furniture store other than we spotted a table on the Internet that they carried. I loved the fun metal string bead curtains outside the front door that told me we were in for something different than the outdated, or stodgy or snobby places I’ve been to in the past. Once inside we were cheerfully met by a helpful person who ensured we wouldn’t be charged for parking. I’m 63 Yrs old but my eyes lit up when I saw the baskets of candy and chip treats set out to help yourself. Gotta love Mini Smarties ?. In no time at all young Emily was helping us pick out pieces for our new home. She listened to our feedback, suggested alternatives, never got impatient with our hesitations or our evolving vision, and made the whole experience so much fun. She provided info quickly on inventory status. And how refreshing it was to sit at the desk and not have to dicker over prices. She was very forthcoming with offering discounts which were very satisfactory and made it possible to afford everything we wanted. It was such a fun personal experience and my husband enjoyed it as well despite being a little “hangry” since we ended up missing lunch lol. Emily paid attention to feedback from both my husband and I, and she was tactful and diplomatic in dealing with our different tastes. Even leaving the store was fun…. Don’t forget to HIT THE GONG! I look forward to coming back soon for a few more pieces and getting help from Emily & Lora Lee to pick out the perfect accessories!

She regularly communicated with me about my vision and the space and helped me pick out the best items! They are not pushy at all and most of all they are so family friendly!
