★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fail to understand why this business is rated 4 stars! It is not even BBB accredited. I wonder why?! Anyhow, they charge a pretty penny (cash only) for alts and when my alterations were supposed to be ready they were NOT READY. The woman simply chuckled and said that they were "very busy" - WTF? Anyhow, I will NEVER use this place again - they are taking advantage of naive customers. And. they are "not the only game in town"!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism I experienced at North Hill Alterations last week. Mounira was the seamstress who worked on modifying my iPhone wrist wallet. She did an excellent job and was so patient and accommodating as we fine tuned the fit so it would be most comfortable. The quote was also very fair. I will definitely be recommending this business to friends and family!
